GENERAL RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN EVENT

1. ORGANISERS OF THE EVENT "THE LITTLE EXPLORERS"

The organizer of the event "THE LITTLE RESEARCHERS" ("the Event") is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696, with registered office and registered address in Sofia, Bulgaria. registered office and registered address. Okolovrasten Road 214, represented by the Executive Director of the company Evelcon Consulting EOOD, UIC 205264269, through the Manager Evelyn Vratsida, hereinafter referred to as "ORGANIZER".

2. VENUE OF THE "LITTLE EXPLORERS" EVENT

The event takes place on the territory of the Sofia Ring Mall shopping complex, located in the city of Sofia, Ring Road 214.

3. DURATION OF THE "LITTLE EXPLORERS" EVENT

The event starts at 3:00 p.m. on August 1, 2024 and ends at 6:00 p.m. on August 31, 2024, active time slot:

On weekdays from 1 to 31 August - from 15:00 to 19:00.

On weekends from 1 to 31 August - from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00.

4. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE "LITTLE RESEARCHERS" EVENT

The event is free and open to all individuals – children between the ages of 4 and 12, accompanied by a parent or direct relative over 18, who must comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Anyone wishing to participate in the event undertakes to:

• register 1 or more child/children between the ages of 4 and 12 on the dedicated Event registration platform available on the website www.sofiaring.bg, choosing a free convenient day and time to visit the event. Attempts to register through the official phone number or email to contact Sofia Ring Mall, indicated on the site, are not considered valid.
• to come to the Event venue (214 Okolovrasten Road, Sofia Ring Mall, Level 1) at least 5 minutes before his/her registration on the special platform for the Event on the website www.sofiaring.bg hour on the day of his choice.
• receive a confirmation email at the email address provided on the registration form to display at the Event.
• If unable to attend, the registrant may cancel the reservation they have made up to 24 hours in advance of their day and time by clicking "Cancel Reservation" in the confirmation email sent to them.
• Each registered child receives an Event Card in which they collect 4 stickers from the corners of the Event.
• Each participant expressly consents to the collection and processing of his/her personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of the game and for direct marketing purposes.

5. FEATURES:

• The event is active on the days between 1 and 31 August with the following opening hours:
  • Weekdays - from 15:00 to 19:00, with the last group starting at 19:00
  • Weekends - from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, with the last group starting at 18:00
• The event is organized in rounds by a group of children every 30 min during the active hours mentioned above.
• The maximum number of children per group is 20.
• If a participant registered in a group on a day and time of his/her choice is more than 5 minutes late after the start time, he/she loses the right to join the group.
• A Participant who fails to appear at the designated start location of the Event, namely Level 1 of Sofia Ring Mall, in front of the wooden stage next to the Peek & Cloppenburg store or waits at another location in the mall other than the designated start location and is more than 5 minutes late for his/her class will forfeit his/her right to join the group. He/she may be reassigned to another group only if there are seats available in that group.
• A participant may be registered on the spot only if there are seats left in the group that is formed on the day and time of his arrival. If enrolled on-site, the parent/relative over 18 who brought the participant must complete a declaration of consent.
• Each participant has the opportunity to receive at the start of the Event and if desired by him a special explorer's outfit consisting of a vest, hat and accessory, which must be returned to the starting point after the end of his tour.
• Each participant receives a special Event Card at the start where they collect stickers. The stickers are 4 in total and are collected independently by the participants after passing the respective corner. A participant is only allowed to take 1 sticker from each corner.
• Any parent/relative over the age of 18 bringing a participant(s) must accompany the child/children at all times during the Event. The Organiser makes no commitment to look after children during the Event and accepts no responsibility towards children left alone.

6. PUBLICITY

10. There is no fee or ticket to attend the Event.

6.1. All parents/direct relatives over the age of 18 who have registered participants in the Event grant the Organizer the right to use their personal data and publish photos of the participants for the purpose of promoting the Event, as and where it sees fit.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

10.1. Any parent/immediate relative over the age of 18 who has registered participant(s) in the Event has the right at any time to request the organizers to delete, correct or block his/her personal data by writing to: marketing@ssrm-bg.com

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1. By participating in the Little Explorers Event, individuals agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the above general rules. The General Rules are publicly disclosed and available for the entire period and duration of the Event at: www.sofiaring.bg

8.2. By registering as a participant in the Event, individuals agree to receive information and materials from Sofia Ring Mall for marketing purposes.

8.3. The organizer of the Event reserves the right to supplement or change the General Terms and Conditions, the changes coming into effect from the day of their publication on the above-mentioned website. The organizers reserve the right to suspend the Event at any time. In case of disputes, the final decisions are made by the Organizers.

9. PERSONAL DATA

9.1. All personal data will be treated as confidential information, according to the current regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

9.2. By participating in this Event, registered participants voluntarily provide their personal data (name, phone, email, age and/or other) and consent to the use (collection and administration) of such data by Sofia South Ring Mall EAD and its subcontractors/partners solely for the purposes related to this Event, namely:

• valid participation in the Event
• organizing and ensuring the normal course of the Event
• marketing purposes to promote the Event or other Events organized by the Organizer

9.3. Registered participants in the Event provide their personal data voluntarily. The refusal to provide personal data leads to the impossibility of full participation in the Event.

9.4. The organizer will store the personal data of the registered participants until the end of the Event and settlement of all relations related to it.

9.5. Registered participants have the following rights regarding their personal data:

• the right to confirm whether the Organiser is processing their personal data and, if so, to have access to it and to certain information about that processing, as well as a copy of the personal data that is being processed;
• the right to rectification of personal data if inaccurate;
• the right to erasure of personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten") - when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if, for example, they have been unlawfully processed;
• the right to restriction of processing - when a registered participant challenges the accuracy of his/her personal data, for a period that allows the Organizer to verify his/her complaint, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation in force;
• the right to portability - to receive their personal data, which they have provided to the Organiser and which are processed in an automated manner, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transfer these data to another controller without hindrance from the Organiser, or to request the Organiser to transfer the personal data to another controller where the transfer is technically feasible;
• right to withdraw consent to processing - registered participants have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to withdrawal of consent. However, if a registered participant withdraws their consent to processing, this will not allow them to participate in the Event.

9.6. If a Participant wishes to exercise any of the above rights, he/she should contact the Organizer at any of the following contacts: in person at (214 Okolovrasten Road), at (marketing@ssrm-bg.com) or at (070011190).
