Dear Visitors,

At Sofia Ring Mall, our top priority is to make your shopping experience and stay at the mall safe, secure and enjoyable. To keep it that way, we implement the following anti-epidemic measures on site:

• We have disinfectants at all mall entrances as well as in common areas.
• Every 60 minutes, our staff cleans and disinfects all surfaces in the mall.
• We have an air purification system in the elevators that reduces bacteria and viruses.
• The ventilation of the building brings in only fresh air from outside.
• The tables in our food court are located at a safe distance of 1.5 m from each other.
• The number of visitors in the individual shopping outlets of the mall is regulated.
• Up to 4 people are allowed in the elevators. The distance between them is provided by stickers indicating the safe place for each of them to stand.
• The cubicles and sinks in our restrooms are used through one to provide distance.
• Wide common areas, open spaces and natural light in the mall are our great advantage, which makes the visit to us even more pleasant and relaxing.

Please observe the following rules when visiting us:

• Be sure to wear a safety mask on the mall grounds.
• Keep a distance of 1.5 m from other visitors.
• Observe the guidelines for the organisation of the traffic at the entrances and exits of the shopping centre.
• If possible, use only electronic or contactless payment at retail outlets and restaurants.
• As of 29 October 2020, persons under the age of 18 must only visit the shopping centre with an accompanying person.
