OFFICIAL RULES FOR GIVEAWAY WITH SUZUKI IN FACEBOOK PAGE OF SOFIA RING MALL
JUNE 01, 2025
Participation period:
1.1. The period for participation in Geneway of SUZUKI in Sofia Ring Mall's Facebook page is 12:00 on 01 June 2025 to 23:59 on 13 June 2025.
1.2. The game is held on the official Facebook platform of Sofia South Ring Mall EAD: https://www.facebook.com/SofiaRingMall.Official
Organizer:
2.1. The organizer of the Campaign is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696, with registered office and management address. Address. "214 Okolovrasten Road ("the Organiser").
2.2. Meta Platforms, Inc. does not participate or assist in any way in the organization and conduct of the Game.
Participants:
3.1. A participant in the Game may be any able-bodied natural person, with a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria, who during the Participation Period under point 1.1.:
3.1.1. is registered or has a valid registration on the social network Facebook (according to the rules of the site);
3.1.2. Facebook profile followed (@SofiaRingMall) by Sofia Ring Mall.
3.1.3. Facebook profile followed (@SuzukiSofia) by SUZUKI.
3.1.4. Commented with a tag of another user under the post on Facebook account (@SofiaRingMall) by Sofia Ring Mall
3.1.5. Rules to be published on the website https://www.sofiaring.bg/; the inclusion of the Participants in the Game means that they have accepted these Rules.
3.2. Employees of the Organizer, as well as employees of other companies sent to perform temporary work for the Organizer, as users of these employees under their direction and control, as well as members of their families are not allowed to participate in the Game.
Mechanism of participation:
4.1. Participation in the Game is not intended and is not conditional upon the purchase of any product or service offered by the Organizer.
4.2 Each Entrant who has complied with the conditions in clause 3.1 and meets the requirements of clauses 3.2 and 4 is entered into the prize draw under clause 5 below.
4.3. Each Entrant may participate with an unlimited number of entries in the Game.
4.4. To participate in the prize raffle, each user must tagged a friend in the comments under the post, follows the Facebook page of SUZUKI (@SuzukiSofia) and Sofia Ring Mall (@SofiaRingMall).
4.5. Each Entrant is entered into the draw only once and may only win one prize.

5.1 The prize to be awarded to 1 winning Entrant who must have fulfilled the conditions in clause 3.1 and meet the requirements of clauses 3.2 and 4 to be eligible to receive the prize:
Determination of the winning Entrant:
6.1. Only Entrants who meet the conditions set out in clauses 3 and 4 of these Rules will be entered into the prize draw referred to in clause 5.
6.2. The selection of the winner will be done by specialized software.
6.3. The announcement of the winner will be made via a tag in a comment under the Organiser's Facebook post within 48 hours of the Game closing.
6.4. After the winning Entrant has been determined, 1 (one) additional reserve winning Entrant will be drawn. The alternate winning Entrant may replace the previously drawn Entrant, provided that such Entrant cannot be located and/or cannot claim his/her prize within the time limit set forth in Section 7.1 of these Rules.
6.5. After determining the winning Participant, a check is carried out to see if it meets the conditions set out in these Rules. In the event that a winning Participant is ineligible for a prize, the next eligible alternate winning Participant will be considered the winner.
Receiving the Award:
7.1. Within 2 (two) working days after the date of determining the winning participant in the order of the previous item 6 the same should contact the Organizer via a personal message to the Facebook account of Sofia Ring Mall (@SofiaRingMall) to understand how he will receive his prize. The name of the winner will be announced by Tag by the Organizer in comment under the post Game.
7.1.1. The winning participant will be able to receive his award after being further arranged with a representative of MIRKAT Ltd. for a date and time for taking the car from the representation of the brand of Botevgrad Road 228A
7.1.2. In the event that a winning Entrant fails to respond to the notification by submitting the required details within 2 (two) business days after the winners are announced or refuses to accept the prize, the reserve winning Entrant drawn and notified in accordance with this clause shall be deemed the winner. In the event that any of the reserve winning Entrants fails to respond within 1 (one) day of the notification being sent or refuses to receive the prize, the prize shall remain unallocated and no new draw shall be organised.
7.2. The prize may be received within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of withdrawal.
7.3. Upon receipt of a Prize, each winning Entrant must identify himself/herself by presenting the following documents.
7.4. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.
7.5. The prize may not be assigned to third parties.
7.6. If, within 4 (four) weeks from the date of the relevant draw, the prizes have not been awarded due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control, a new draw will not be organised.
Rights and Responsibilities:
8.1. a) in the event that the prize cannot be received, provided or redeemed due to the inability of the respective Participant and/or his/her representative to identify him/herself and/or to receive the prize within the specified time limits or due to other technical and/or legal obstacles related to the specific winning Participant and/or his/her representative/agent; b) in the event of the inability to provide and/or use the prize due to circumstances of force majeure, due to regulatory or legal restrictions or any other o
8.2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to enter or award a prize if an Entrant's registration for the Campaign contains incomplete, false or misleading information.
8.3. The Organizer shall have the right at its discretion to terminate the Campaign at any time in the event that circumstances arise which prevent its conduct, including but not limited to abuse, violation of these Rules, force majeure, act of an administrative, judicial or other authority, etc. In such cases the Organiser shall not owe any compensation to the Participants.
8.4. Any attempts to manipulate the Campaign on the site where it is being conducted are prohibited. In case of any abuse that can be used to influence the Campaign page, as well as in case of suspicion of such abuse, the Organizer has the right to disqualify the Participant concerned, in which case the Organizer is not obliged to motivate or explain the disqualification.
8.5. Each Entrant must ensure that he/she enters the Campaign using his/her real name, which he/she must verify by providing identification in the event that he/she has won a prize in the Campaign.
8.6. The use of techniques and/or technologies that alter the element of personal and individual participation of the individual concerned in the Campaign will be considered manipulation under clause 8.4.
8.7.The Promoter is under no obligation to correspond in relation to any claim for a prize from the Campaign.
Additional provisions:
9.1. In case the prize is received by a proxy of a winning Participant, by signing the acceptance protocol the proxy voluntarily provides the Organizer with the personal data required for participation in the Campaign and receipt of the prize, namely: three names, telephone number and age. The data will be processed in order to identify the Participants and to establish feedback with the winning Participant for the receipt of the prize. The data will be stored by the Promoter for a period of 6 (six) weeks after the date of the winning Entrant's draw. This is necessary to establish contact with the winning Entrant and the provision of their prize as described in clauses 7 and 8.
9.2. The storage and processing of the personal data of the Participants in the Campaign shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation and the Organiser's Personal Data Protection Policy published on the website www.sofiaring.bg and available at the organizer's outlets. Upon acceptance of the present Rules each Participant shall be informed and accepted.
9.3. The first and last name or username will be published on the Campaign page according to the Facebook profile of the winning Entrants.
9.4. The organizer can promote the Social Media Campaign Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, including publishing information about the Campaign and two names of the winning participant or username (according to his Facebook profile) on his official page in
Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/SofiaRingMall.Official/), on his official Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/) and on its official TikTok page (https://www.tiktok.com/@sofia_ring_mall).
9.5. The Organiser has the right to amend and supplement these Rules at any time. Amendments and additions shall take effect from the date of their publication on the Campaign website

10.1. The individual who has received an itemised prize is liable to declare the income and pay Income Tax (ITT) at their own expense.
10.2. The payment of income tax (GST) payable by the recipient of the prize and the filing of the annual tax return in respect of the prize shall be made within the time limits and in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the Income Tax Act.
10.3. The Organiser is not responsible for the quality of the prize and is not liable for the prize awarded.
Present Rules shall enter into force on 01.06.2025.
