OFFICIAL RULES FOR CONDUCTING GIVEAWAY WITH MAKAROON ON SOFIA RING MALL'S INSTAGRAM PROFILE
JULY 27, 2026
Participation period:
1.1. The participation period in the Giveaway by Makaroon and Sofia Ring Mall's Instagram profile is from 17:00 on July 27, 2026, to 23:59 on August 2, 2026.
1.2. The game is held on the official Instagram platform of Sofia South Ring Mall EAD: https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/
Organizer:
2.1. The organizer of the Campaign is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696, with registered office and management address. Address. "214 Okolovrasten Road ("the Organiser").
2.2. Meta Platforms, Inc. does not participate or assist in any way in the organization and conduct of the Game.
Participants:
3.1. A participant in the Game may be any able-bodied natural person, with a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria, who during the Participation Period under point 1.1.:
3.1.1. is registered or has a valid registration in the social network Instagram (according to the rules of the site);
3.1.2. follow the Instagram profile (@sofia_ring_mall) of Sofia Ring Mall and (@makaroon.bg) of Makaroon;
3.1.3. Write a comment under the post, tagging another profile;
3.1.4. accept these Rules, which will be published on the website https://www.sofiaring.bg/; the inclusion of the Participants in the Game means that they have accepted these Rules.
3.2. Employees of the Organizer, as well as employees of other companies sent to perform temporary work for the Organizer, as users of these employees under their direction and control, as well as members of their families are not allowed to participate in the Game.
Mechanism of participation:
4.1. Participation in the Game is not intended and is not conditional upon the purchase of any product or service offered by the Organizer.
4.2 Each Entrant who has complied with the conditions in clause 3.1 and meets the requirements of clauses 3.2 and 4 is entered into the prize draw under clause 5 below.
4.3. Each Entrant may participate with an unlimited number of entries in the Game.
4.4. To participate in the prize draw, each user must share a comment under Sofia Ring Mall's post, tagging another user and follow Sofia Ring Mall and Makaroon's Instagram profiles (@sofia_ring_mall) (@makaroon.bg)
4.5. Each Participant can win only one prize. Prizes: Hot air balloon ride for three + video recording with a 4K action camera

5.1 The prizes to be awarded to 3 winning Participants, who must have fulfilled the conditions under point 3.1. and meet the requirements of points 3.2 and 4, in order to receive the prizes: Hot air balloon ride for three + video recording with a 4K action camera – 1 piece
ATV ride – off-road ATV ride with a 400cc ATV for one person – 1 piece
Jet ski rental at Iskar Dam – 1 piece Determination of the winning Participant:
6.1. Only Entrants who meet the conditions set out in clauses 3 and 4 of these Rules will be entered into the prize draw referred to in clause 5.
6.2. The winner will be selected by specialized software. The draws will be conducted within 48 hours after the end of the game as per point 1.1.
6.3. The winners will be announced via a comment under the post from the official profile of Sofia Ring Mall (@SofiaRingMall.Official)
6.4. After the winning Entrant has been determined, 2 (two) additional reserve winning Entrants will be drawn. The reserve winning Entrants may replace the previous drawn Entrant, provided that the same cannot be found and/or cannot claim the prize within the time limit set out in clause 7.1 of these Rules.
6.5 Once the winning Entrants have been determined, a check will be made to ensure that they meet the conditions set out in these Rules. In the event that a winning Entrant is not eligible to receive a prize, the next eligible alternate winning Entrant in order shall be deemed the winner.
Receiving the Award:
7.1. Within 2 (two) working days after the date of determining the winning Participant according to the procedure in the preceding point 6, the latter must contact the Organizer via a private message to Sofia Ring Mall's official Instagram profile (@sofia_ring_mall) to find out how they will receive their prize and to provide their personal data – full name, personal identification number, address, and phone number.
7.1.1. Winning participants will receive their prizes by courier within 14 (fourteen) days of their announcement.
7.1.2. In the event that a winning Entrant fails to respond to the notification by submitting the required details within 2 (two) business days after the winners are announced or refuses to accept the prize, the reserve winning Entrant drawn and notified in accordance with this clause shall be deemed the winner. In the event that any of the reserve winning Entrants fails to respond within 1 (one) day of the notification being sent or refuses to receive the prize, the prize shall remain unallocated and no new draw shall be held for the prize.
7.5. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.
7.5. The prize may not be assigned to third parties.
7.7. If, within 4 (four) weeks from the date of the relevant draw, the prizes have not been awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, a new draw will not be organised.
Rights and Responsibilities:
8.1. a) in the event that the prize cannot be received, provided or redeemed due to the inability of the respective Participant and/or his/her representative to identify him/herself and/or to receive the prize within the specified time limits or due to other technical and/or legal obstacles related to the specific winning Participant and/or his/her representative/agent; b) in the event of the inability to provide and/or use the prize due to circumstances of force majeure, due to regulatory or legal restrictions or any other o
8.2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to enter or award a prize if an Entrant's registration for the Campaign contains incomplete, false or misleading information.
8.3. The Organizer shall have the right at its discretion to terminate the Campaign at any time in the event that circumstances arise which prevent its conduct, including but not limited to abuse, violation of these Rules, force majeure, act of an administrative, judicial or other authority, etc. In such cases the Organiser shall not owe any compensation to the Participants.
8.4. Any attempts to manipulate the Campaign on the site where it is being conducted are prohibited. In case of any abuse that can be used to influence the Campaign page, as well as in case of suspicion of such abuse, the Organizer has the right to disqualify the Participant concerned, in which case the Organizer is not obliged to motivate or explain the disqualification.
8.5. Each Entrant must ensure that he/she enters the Campaign using his/her real name, which he/she must verify by providing identification in the event that he/she has won a prize in the Campaign.
8.6. The use of techniques and/or technologies that alter the element of personal and individual participation of the individual concerned in the Campaign will be considered manipulation under clause 8.4.
8.7.The Promoter is under no obligation to correspond in relation to any claim for a prize from the Campaign.
Additional provisions:
9.1. Upon receiving only the prize (Hot air balloon ride for three + video recording with a 4K action camera), the winning Participant voluntarily provides the personal data necessary for identification and prize delivery, namely: full name, personal identification number, phone number, address, and other data when necessary for the execution of this Campaign. Upon receiving the remaining prizes (ATV ride – off-road ATV ride with a 400cc ATV for one person, Jet ski rental at Iskar Dam), the winning Participant voluntarily provides the personal data necessary for identification and prize delivery, namely: full name, phone number, address, and other data when necessary for the execution of this Campaign.
The data will be processed by the Organizer solely for the purposes of identifying the winning Participant, delivering the prize, preparing a handover protocol, contacting the winning Participant, as well as for fulfilling the Organizer's applicable accounting, tax, and other legal obligations. The data is stored by the Organizer for the period necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation.
9.2. The storage and processing of the personal data of the Campaign Participants is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation and the Personal Data Protection Policy of the Organizer, published on the website www.sofiaring.bg (https://bit.ly/2MKs8t8) and available at the Organizer's outlets. Upon acceptance of these Rules, each Participant is informed and accepts the specified documents.
9.3. The first and last name or username will be published on the Campaign page according to the Instagram profile of the winning Entrants.
9.4. The organizer can promote the Social Media Campaign Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, including publishing information about the Campaign and two names of the winning participant or username (according to his Facebook profile) on his official page inhttps://www.facebook.com/SofiaRingMall.Official/), on his official Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/) and on its official TikTok page (https://www.tiktok.com/@SofiaRingMall.Official?lang=en).
9.5. The Organiser has the right to amend and supplement these Rules at any time. Amendments and additions shall take effect from the date of their publication on the Campaign website
Declaration of the award under the Personal Income Tax Act.
10.1. In the event that, according to applicable Bulgarian legislation, an obligation arises to declare and/or pay tax in connection with the provided prize, it will be borne by the Organizer at their expense.
10.2. The winning participant is solely obliged to provide the necessary identification data, including full name and personal identification number (EGN), when necessary for the fulfillment of the Organizer's legal, accounting, and tax obligations, as well as for the provision of the prize.
10.3. By accepting the prize, the winning participant does not assume any obligation for independent declaration or payment of tax regarding the prize, to the extent that such an obligation has been fulfilled by the Organizer in accordance with applicable legislation.
These Rules enter into force on 27.07.2026.
