📅 Participation period

• From 12:00 on 17 April 2025 To 23:59 23 May 2025
• Held on the Instagram account of Sofia Ring Mall

🧑 Organizer

• Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696
• Meta Platforms Inc. not related to the game

👥 Who can participate?

• Has an Instagram account
• Followed the profiles @sofia_ring_mall и @orange_center
• Upload Stocks from Sofia Ring Mall, noting both profiles
• Accept these rules

❗ Employees of the organizer and their families are excluded.

⚙️ Mechanism of participation

• Participation not tied to a purchase
• You can participate with unlimited number of stocks
• Only an award per participant
• The story must contain poetrycreated or inspired by the place

🎁 Award

• 100 booksprovided by Orange
• Drawings on the following dates:
  • 2 May
  • 9 May
  • 16 May
  • 23 May

🏆 Determining the winners

• Performed by specialized software
• Winners are announced via private message from @sofia_ring_mall
• A reserve winner will be drawn if necessary

📦 Receiving the prize

• The winner must:
  • To connect to the account @sofia_ring_mall To 2 working days
  • To visit the Information Desk in Sofia Ring Mall
  • Present an ID card and sign an acceptance protocol
• The Award cannot be exchanged, transfers or assigns
• Getting to 14 working days after the draw

📌 Rights and responsibilities

• The organiser not responsible At:
  • Technical or legal obstacles
  • Refusal of a participant to provide required data
• Has the right to end the campaign in case of abuse or force majeure
• Prohibited manipulation through false registrations or automated actions

🔐 Personal data

• The data is used for game purposes only
• Stored until 6 weeks after the draw
• Processed according to Privacy Policy

💸 Taxes

• Winners declare the prizes themselves to the NRA
• Payment of the TDS and submission of an annual return is the responsibility of the recipient
