GENERAL RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE RAFFLE
"FREE IN VITRO PROCEDURE IN MEDICAL COMPLEX TRUST"

1. ORGANIZERS OF THE RAFFLE "FREE IN VITRO PROCEDURE AT MC TRUST"
The organizer of the raffle "FREE INVITRO PROCEDURE IN MK DOVERIE" ("the Raffle") is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, EIC: 200114696, with registered office and registered address in Sofia, Bulgaria. registered office and registered address. 214 Okolovrasten Road, represented by Evelyn Vratsida, Executive Director, hereinafter referred to as the "ORGANIZER"

2. PLACE OF THE LOTTERY "FREE IN VITRO PROCEDURE AT MC TRUST"
The raffle will be held on the territory of the Sofia Ring Mall shopping complex, located in Sofia. Sofia Ring Road 214.

3. DURATION OF THE RAFFLE "FREE IN VITRO PROCEDURE IN MC TRUST"
The sweepstakes runs from March 6, 2025, 11:00 a.m. to March 16, 2025, 10:00 p.m.

4. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE "FREE IN VITRO PROCEDURE AT MC TRUST"
The Sweepstakes is open to all natural persons, female and over the age of 18 years, who must comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
Anyone wishing to participate in the promotion must:
1/ to receive his/her participation slip from an employee at the MK Doverie stand in the period 06.03.2025 to 08.03.2025 in the time range 11:00 - 20:00 and at the Information Desk in the period 09.03.2025 to 16.03.2025 in the time range 10:00 - 22:00;
2/ fill in his/her details and drop his/her ballot paper in the ballot box provided;
3/ the person should provide his/her full name, contact telephone number and e-mail address;
4/ Each participant gives his/her explicit consent to the collection and processing of his/her personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of the game and for direct marketing purposes;
5/ Each entrant must be at least 18 years of age on the date of submission of the entry form in order to enter the Sweepstakes.

5. FEATURES:
1/ A Participant may participate no more than once. To participate, he/she must fill in the special coupon at the stand "MK Doverie" on level 1 in the period 06.03.2025 - 08.03.2025 and at the "Information" desk on level 1 in the period 09.03.2025 - 16.03.2025 in Sofia Ring Mall;
2/ Minors under the age of 18 are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes;
3/ Only females are eligible for the Sweepstakes;
4/ Only a coupon containing the following information is considered a valid entry: three names, email, contact phone number and consent to the collection and processing of his/her personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of the game and direct marketing;
5/ Slips that do not contain this information will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

6. LOTTERY AND PRIZE
6.1. The raffle will be drawn on 18.03.2025 at 17:00, at "MK Doverie" by drawing the names of two PARTICIPANTS who are considered to have WON the prize and two participants who are considered to have been rescued, in case the first winning PARTICIPANTS do not meet the conditions specified in these rules for receiving the prize.
6.2. WINNERS will be notified by telephone and/or email address entered. If the WINNERS do not reply within 3 days (or respectively refuse to receive the prize), they shall forfeit their rights to receive the prize and the ORGANISERS shall notify the next RESERVE PARTICIPANT in the order of their withdrawal according to Article 6.1.
6.3 The prize for each winning participant is 1 free IVF procedure, provided by MK Doverie, gr. 1 prize for the participant.
6.4. In order to receive the prize, the WINNERS must present their ID card when visiting "MK Doverie", Sofia, Bulgaria. Sofia
6.5. The right of the WINNER to receive the prize is inalienable and non-transferable.
