"Teddy Bear Hospital" - a national campaign for health education of children in Bulgaria.

For the third consecutive year Sofia Ring Mall hosts the event, organized by The Association of Medical Students in Bulgaria. The event will take place on 14 and 15 December from 10:00 to 16:00, and is aimed at children aged 2-9. The aim is to show visits to the doctor as something normal and fun, helping kids overcome their fears of medical checkups.

During the campaign, each child will be asked to bring their favourite stuffed toy, which will be their "patient". Medical students will be involved as assistants to the children, who are in the role of the doctor, providing information and health advice to their plush "child patients". Through games and activities, children will learn how to talk openly about medical problems and become familiar with the basic manipulations performed during a routine checkup.

"Teddy Bear Hospital" not only helps children feel more confident in the medical environment, but also provides students with valuable experience in communicating with young patients and building trust. 

The event will also include interactive games aimed at promoting healthy habits, including information on good nutrition, physical activity and the importance of regular health check-ups. Parents will be actively involved in the initiative and receive valuable information on dental care and healthy living.

1.1. The entry period for the Circus Ivanov Giveaway on the Sofia Ring Mall Facebook page is from 15 November 2024 until 23:59 on 19 November 2024.

2.1. The organizer of the Campaign is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696, with registered office and management address. Address. "214 Okolovrasten Road ("the Organiser").

2.2. Meta Platforms, Inc. does not participate or assist in any way in the organization and conduct of the Game.

Participants:

3.1. A participant in the Game may be any able-bodied natural person, with a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria, who during the Participation Period under point 1.1.:

3.1.1. is registered or has a valid registration on the social network Facebook (according to the rules of the site);

3.1.2.. Comment with another user's hashtag under the post in the Facebook profile (@SofiaRingMall) of Sofia Ring Mall,

3.1.3. Liked the post on the Facebook account (@SofiaRingMall) of Sofia Ring Mall, and

3.1.4. accept these Rules, which will be published on the website https://www.sofiaring.bg/; the inclusion of the Participants in the Game means that they have accepted these Rules.

3.2. Employees of the Organizer, as well as employees of other companies sent to perform temporary work for the Organizer, as users of these employees under their direction and control, as well as members of their families are not allowed to participate in the Game.

Mechanism of participation:

4.1. Participation in the Game is not intended and is not conditional upon the purchase of any product or service offered by the Organizer.

4.2 Each Entrant who has complied with the conditions in clause 3.1 and meets the requirements of clauses 3.2 and 4 is entered into the prize draw under clause 5 below.

4.3. Each Entrant may participate with an unlimited number of entries in the Game.

4.4. To enter the prize draw, each user must tag a friend in the comments below the post and like the post on the Sofia Ring Mall Facebook page (@SofiaRingMall).

4.5. Each Entrant is entered into the draw only once and may only win one prize.

5.1 The Prize will be awarded to 2 winning Entrants who must have fulfilled the conditions in clause 3.1 and meet the requirements of clauses 3.2 and 4 in order to receive the Prize:

Determination of Winning Entrants:

6.1. Only Entrants who meet the conditions set out in clauses 3 and 4 of these Rules will be entered into the prize draw referred to in clause 5.

6.2. The selection of the winners will be done by specialized software.

6.3. The winners will be announced via a tag in a comment under the Organizer's Facebook post within 48 hours after the end of the Game.

6.4. Once the winning Entrants have been determined, one (1) additional reserve winning Entrant will be drawn. The Reserve Winning Entrant may replace the previously drawn Entrant, provided that such Entrant cannot be located and/or is unable to claim his/her prize within the time limit set forth in Section 7.1 of these Rules.

6.5 Once the winning Entrants have been determined, a check will be made to ensure that they meet the conditions set out in these Rules. In the event that a winning Entrant is not eligible to receive a prize, the next eligible alternate winning Entrant in order shall be deemed the winner.

Receiving the Award:

7.1. Within 2 (two) working days after the date of determination of the winning Participants in accordance with the preceding paragraph 6, the same winning Participant shall contact the Organizer via personal message to the Facebook account of Sofia Ring Mall (@SofiaRingMall) to find out how he/she will receive his/her prize. The winner's name will be announced via a tag by the Organizer in a comment under the Game post.

7.1.1. Winning Participants must visit the Information Desk in Sofia Ring Mall at a specified day and time by the Organizer and fill in and sign an acceptance protocol with their personal data, which are required to receive the prize. These details will only be used for the provision of this particular prize.

7.1.2. In the event that a winning Entrant fails to respond to the notification by submitting the required details within 2 (two) business days after the winners are announced or refuses to accept the prize, the reserve winning Entrant drawn and notified in accordance with this clause shall be deemed the winner. In the event that any of the reserve winning Entrants fails to respond within 1 (one) day of the notification being sent or refuses to receive the prize, the prize shall remain unallocated and no new draw shall be organised.

7.1.3. Winners will be able to choose their free seats for the performance in the period: 20.11.-24.11., depending on the availability of seats for the specific performances.

7.2. The prize can be claimed within 5 (five) working days from the date of the draw.

7.3. Upon receipt of a Prize, each winning Entrant must identify himself/herself by presenting the following documents.

7.4. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.

7.5. The prize may not be assigned to third parties.

7.6. If within 1 (one) week from the date of the respective draw the prizes have not been distributed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser, a new draw will not be organised.

Rights and Responsibilities:

8.1. a) in the event that the prize cannot be received, provided or redeemed due to the inability of the respective Participant and/or his/her representative to identify him/herself and/or to receive the prize within the specified time limits or due to other technical and/or legal obstacles related to the specific winning Participant and/or his/her representative/agent; b) in the event of the inability to provide and/or use the prize due to circumstances of force majeure, due to regulatory or legal restrictions or any other o

8.2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to enter or award a prize if an Entrant's registration for the Campaign contains incomplete, false or misleading information.

8.3. The Organizer shall have the right at its discretion to terminate the Campaign at any time in the event that circumstances arise which prevent its conduct, including but not limited to abuse, violation of these Rules, force majeure, act of an administrative, judicial or other authority, etc. In such cases the Organiser shall not owe any compensation to the Participants.

8.4. Any attempts to manipulate the Campaign on the site where it is being conducted are prohibited. In case of any abuse that can be used to influence the Campaign page, as well as in case of suspicion of such abuse, the Organizer has the right to disqualify the Participant concerned, in which case the Organizer is not obliged to motivate or explain the disqualification.

8.5. Each Entrant must ensure that he/she enters the Campaign using his/her real name, which he/she must verify by providing identification in the event that he/she has won a prize in the Campaign.

8.6. The use of techniques and/or technologies that alter the element of personal and individual participation of the individual concerned in the Campaign will be considered manipulation under clause 8.4.

8.7.The Promoter is under no obligation to correspond in relation to any claim for a prize from the Campaign.

Additional provisions:

9.1. In case the prize is received by a proxy of a winning Participant, by signing the acceptance protocol the proxy voluntarily provides the Organizer with the personal data required for participation in the Campaign and receipt of the prize, namely: three names, telephone number and age. The data will be processed in order to identify the Participants and to establish feedback with the winning Participant for the receipt of the prize. The data will be stored by the Promoter for a period of 6 (six) weeks after the date of the winning Entrant's draw. This is necessary to establish contact with the winning Entrant and the provision of their prize as described in clauses 7 and 8.

9.2. The storage and processing of the personal data of the Campaign Participants is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation and the Personal Data Protection Policy of the Organizer, published on the website www.sofiaring.bg (https://bit.ly/2MKs8t8) and available at the Organizer's outlets. Upon acceptance of these Rules, each Participant is informed and accepts the specified documents.

9.3. The first and last name or username will be published on the Campaign page according to the Facebook profile of the winning Entrants.

9.4. The Promoter may promote the Campaign on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, including posting information about the Campaign and the two names of the winning Entrant or the username (according to their Facebook profile) on their official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SofiaRingMall.Official/), on his official Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/) and on its official TikTok page (https://www.tiktok.com/@sofia_ring_mall?lang=en).

9.5. The Organiser has the right to amend and supplement these Rules at any time. Amendments and additions shall take effect from the date of their publication on the Campaign website

10.1. The individual who has received an itemised prize is liable to declare the income and pay Income Tax (ITT) at their own expense.

10.2. The payment of income tax (GST) payable by the recipient of the prize and the filing of the annual tax return in respect of the prize shall be made within the time limits and in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the Income Tax Act.

10.3. The Organiser is not responsible for the quality of the prize and is not liable for the prize awarded.

6.2. The WINNER will be notified by phone number and/or e-mail address. 7.1. All visitors of Sofia Ring Mall over the age of 18 who have shopped for a minimum of BGN 50 within one day in any of the participating shops on the territory of Sofia Ring Mall for the period from 10.10. to 1.12.2024 are eligible to participate in the Raffle.

7.2. Employees of Sofia South Ring Mall EAD and their related companies are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Employees of Sofia South Ring Mall retail outlets are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

8. ASSIGNMENT OF THE PRIZE. NON-USE OF THE PRIZE

8.1. The winners are not entitled to assign their prize to third parties or to claim its cash equivalent.

8.2. The Promoter is obliged to contact the winner by email or phone call no later than 48 hours after the draw. The Promoter will not be liable if the winner fails to respond to 3 consecutive telephone calls in 3 consecutive days.

The organizer of the "LITTLE EXPLORERS" event (the "Event") is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, EIK: 200114696, with its registered office and management address in the city of Sofia, Ring Road 214, represented by the executive director of the company Evelkon Consulting EOOD, EIK 205264269, through the manager Evelin Vratsida, hereinafter referred to as "ORGANIZER" for short

2. LITTLE EXPLORERS EVENT VENUE

The event takes place on the territory of the Sofia Ring Mall shopping complex, located in the city of Sofia, Ring Road 214.

3. LITTLE EXPLORERS EVENT DURATION

The event starts at 3:00 p.m. on August 1, 2024 and ends at 6:30 p.m. on August 31, 2024, active time slot:

On weekdays from 1 to 31 August - from 15:00 to 19:00.

On weekends from 1 to 31 August - from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00.

4. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE LITTLE EXPLORERS EVENT

The event is free and open to all individuals – children between the ages of 4 and 12, accompanied by a parent or direct relative over 18, who must comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Anyone wishing to participate in the event undertakes to:

1/ to register 1 or more child/children between the ages of 4 and 12 on the special registration platform for the Event, available on the website www.sofiaring.bg, choosing a free convenient day and time to visit the event. Attempts to register through the official phone number or email to contact Sofia Ring Mall, indicated on the site, are not considered valid.

2/ to come to the place of the Event (214 Ring Road Street, Sofia Ring Mall, level 1) at least 5 minutes before he registered on the special platform for the Event on the website www.sofiaring.bg hour on the day of his choice

3/ to receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by him in the registration form, to show at the location of the Event

4/ In the event that he is prevented from attending, the registrant can cancel the reservation he has made up to 24 hours in advance before the day and time by clicking "Cancel reservation" in the confirmation email sent to him.

5/ Each registered child receives an Event card in which he collects 4 stickers from the corners of the Event

6/ Each participant gives his express consent for the Organizer to collect and process his personal data for the purposes of the game and for the purpose of direct marketing;

5. FEATURES:

1/ The event is active on the days between August 1 and 31 with the following working hours:

Weekdays - from 15:00 to 19:00, with the last group starting at 19:00

Weekends - from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, with the last group starting at 18:00

2/ The event is organized in rounds by a group of children every 30 minutes during the active hours indicated above

3/ The maximum number of children in one group is 20

4/ If a participant, registered in a group on the day and time chosen by him, is late more than 5 minutes after the starting time, he loses his right to join the group

5/ Participant who did not show up at the specified starting place of the Event, namely level 1 in Sofia Ring Mall, in front of the wooden stage next to the Peek & Cloppenburg store, or waited at another place in the mall, other than the one specified, and was more than 5 minutes late .for his hour, loses his right to join the group. He can be redirected to another group only if there are places in it.

6/ A participant can be registered on the spot only if there are still free places in the group formed on the day and time of his arrival. If included on-site, the parent/immediate relative over 18 who brought the participant must complete a consent form.

7/ Each participant has the opportunity to receive at the start of the Event and if he wishes, a special equipment of a researcher, consisting of a vest, a hat and an accessory, which he must return to the starting point after the end of his tour

8/ Each participant receives at the start a special card of the Event, in which he collects stickers. There are a total of 4 stickers and they are taken by the participants after passing through the corresponding corner. A participant is allowed to take only 1 sticker from each corner

9/ Every parent/immediate relative over 18 years of age, who brought a participant/s, is obliged to accompany the child/children for the entire duration of the Event. The organizer does not undertake to take care of the children during the Event and is not responsible for children left alone

10/ No fee or ticket is due for participation in the Event.

6. ПPUBLICITY

6.1. All parents/direct relatives over the age of 18 who have registered participants in the Event grant the Organizer the right to use their personal data and publish photos of the participants for the purpose of promoting the Event, as and where it sees fit.

7. DATA PROTECTION

10.1. Any parent/immediate relative over the age of 18 who has registered participant(s) in the Event has the right at any time to request the organizers to delete, correct or block his/her personal data by writing to: marketing@ssrm-bg.com

4. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE LITTLE EXPLORERS RAFFLE

The Sweepstakes is open to all individuals over the age of 18 who meet and must comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Anyone wishing to participate in the Raffle must:

1/ register your child/children to participate in the "Little Explorers" event in Sofia Ring Mall and visit the event together

2/ walk around with your child/children and collect all 3 seals in the research card, which are taken from one of the 3 designated corners in the mall - Chichen Itza, Stonehenge and the Giza Priam

3/ fill in the participation ticket with your name, email and contact phone number and drop it in the urn designated for the purpose, located at the last corner - the Pyramid of Giza

5. FEATURES:

"The Wonderful World of Robots" is an event designed for children from 4 to 12 years old. We invite you to have fun and learn interesting things on April 6, from 10:00 to 19:00 on level 1. There, children will touch the world of robotics and programming.

For children, we have prepared three different places to work - programming, assembling and crafting, so that they can see more of the world of robots through play. Finally, the adventure will end with a race with remote-controlled robots. After the crazy race, each child will receive a medal.

We have other surprises and prizes for our little students. They will assemble a robot in the shape of a guitar or a cat. Each robot consists of 12 to 15 parts. This way the children will become familiar with the parts and the system. The programming that will be shown to the children will consist of an accessible Scratch Jr problem that is already present in their computer science curricula. In the competition, the thrill will be the competition, as it will consist of ready-made robots assembled by children who have been involved in robotics for a long time. Thus, the children will see and touch a robot, which after a while they will be able to make and compete with it themselves.

At the craft station, each child will make a robot out of items we use around the house. In a separate place, there will be complete information about the organizer and about the event, there will also be several more complex robots on display, through which parents and children can learn about the possibilities and the path of robotics.

General rules for participation in the game "Share us your Christmas wish and win tickets to Circus Ivanov" 2023 at Sofia Ring Mall

1. ORGANIZER OF A PRIZE GAME

The organizer of the Game is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, EIK: 200114696, with its registered office and management address in the city of Sofia, 214 Okolovrasten Pat St., hereinafter referred to as the Organizer for brevity.

2. LOCATION

The game takes place on the official Facebook page of Sofia Ring Mall - https://www.facebook.com/SofiaRingMall.Official

3. DURATION OF THE GAME

The game starts on December 16, 2023 and ends at 00:00 on December 19, 2023.

4. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

Each participant must comment under the post with the game about their Christmas wish and tag a friend with whom they would like to go to the circus. At the end of the game, one winner will be drawn, who will win 2 tickets to the Ivanov Circus.

The Game is open to all individuals over the age of 18 who must comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Each Participant can participate only once for the entire period of the Game.

The Organizer's employees cannot participate in the Game.

5. PRIZE

5.1. The prize in the game is:

*  2 tickets for attending a performance of circus "Ivanov"

for a date from their upcoming schedule of the winner's choice  *

Winner will be drawn at random on December 19, 2023.

5.2. The winner is notified by posting a comment under the post announcing the game with the drawn winner on Sofia Ring Mall's official Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/SofiaRingMall.Official. If the Winner does not respond by 20.12 (or refuses to receive the prize, respectively), he loses his rights to receive the prize, and the Organizer notifies the next Reserve Participant in the order of the draw.

5.3. To receive the prize, the Winner must verify his identity by providing his ID card and fill in and sign the Prize Receipt Protocol at the Sofia Ring Mall at the Information desk (level 1) within 7 days from the date of its withdrawal.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

6.1. By participating in the Game, individuals agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the general rules described above. The general rules are publicly announced and available for the entire period and duration of the promotion Sofia Ring Mall website - https://sofiaring.bg/

6.2. The organizer of the Game reserves the right to supplement or change the General Terms and Conditions, and the changes come into effect from the day of their publication. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend the Game at any time. In case of disputes, the final decisions are made by the Organizer.

7. PERSONAL DATA

7.1. All personal data will be treated as confidential information, according to the current regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

7.2. By participating in this Game, Participants voluntarily provide their personal data (names, phone, email, age and/or others) and consent to these data being used (collected and administered) by the Organizer, as well as its subcontractors/partners only and solely for purposes related to this Game, namely:

• validating participation in the Game, determining winners and establishing contact with them for the purposes of providing the prize won by them;
• organizing and ensuring the normal receipt of the won prize and carrying out communication in this regard.

7.3. Game participants provide their personal data voluntarily. Refusal to provide personal data leads to the impossibility of full participation in the Game and/or receiving a won prize.

7.4. The Organizer will store the personal data of the Participants until the end of the Game and settlement of all relations related to it.

7.5. Participants have the following rights regarding their personal data:

7.5.1. the right to confirm whether the Organizer is processing their personal data and, if so, to obtain access to them and to certain information regarding this processing, as well as a copy of the personal data that is being processed;

7.5.2. right to correct personal data if they are inaccurate;

7.5.3. right to deletion of personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten") - when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if e.g. have been processed unlawfully;

7.5.4. right to limit processing - when a Participant disputes the accuracy of his personal data, for a period that allows the Organizer to verify his complaint, as well as in other cases provided for by the current legislation;

7.5.5. right to portability – to receive their personal data, which they have provided to the Organizer and which are processed in an automated manner, in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format, and to transfer this data to another administrator without hindrance from the Organizer, or to ask the Organizer to transfer the personal data to another administrator when the transfer is technically feasible;

7.5.6. right to withdraw consent to processing – Participants have the right at any time to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent. However, if a Participant withdraws his consent to processing, this will not allow him to participate in the Game and/or receive any prize he has won.

The "Sports" sector will be located in IKEA's outdoor parking lot and will bring together all your favorite games from the 90's - folk ball, drunken carrot, checkers, judo, jump rope and much more. Representatives of famous sports clubs will also be here - People's Ball Federation, Taekwondo Club Levski-Angels and CSKA Hockey Club.
A real show with lots of music and dancing awaits us in the entertainment sector. It's easy to find - on the stage at the Amphitheatre.
The Theatre and Workshops sector will be located on level 1. It will become a puppet stage and a place for creativity. Here, all children will be able to take part in drawing a huge cadastron, and their drawings can fly off into space.
