Official rules for the Sofia Ring Mall online game "Play for Pandora gifts"
1. Participation period:
1.1. The entry period for the Sofia Ring Mall "Play for Pandora Gifts" Online Game ("Game") is from 10 December 2021 to 23:59 on 16 December 2021.
1.2. The game is run on the official Instagram page of Sofia Ring Mall https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/ ("Campaign Page").
2. Organizer:
2.1. The organizer of the Campaign is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696, with registered office and management address. Address. "214 Okolovrasten Road ("the Organiser").
2.2. Facebook Inc. does not participate or assist in any way in the organisation and conduct of the Game.
3. Participants:
3.1. A participant in the Game may be any able-bodied natural person (over 18 years of age) with a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria, who during the Participation Period under point 1.1:
3.1.1. is registered or has a valid registration on the social network Instagram (according to the rules of the site);
3.1.2. visit Sofia Ring Mall's Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/ and follow its profile (@sofia_ring_mall).
3.1.3. post a comment under the Game post on Instagram with a link https://www.instagram.com/p/CXTmzu1oUrE/which must contain the answer to the question "Which Pandora mascot would you like to find under the tree?".
3.1.4. accept these Rules, which will be published on the website https://www.sofiaring.bg/; the inclusion of the Participants in the Game means that they have accepted these Rules;
3.2. Employees of the Organizer, as well as employees of other companies sent to perform temporary work for the Organizer, as users of these employees under their direction and control, as well as members of their families are not allowed to participate in the Game.
4. Mechanism of participation:
4.1. Participation in the Game is not intended and is not conditional upon the purchase of any product or service offered by the Organizer.
4.2 Each Entrant who has complied with the conditions of clause 3.1 and meets the requirements of clause 3.2 is entered into the prize draw under clause 5 below.
4.3. Each Entrant may enter an unlimited number of comments in the Game.
4.4. To enter the prize draw, each user must follow the Sofia Ring Mall account (@sofia_ring_mall), and leave a comment under the Game post to be published during the Game. Only comments under the Game post with a link are valid for participation: https://www.instagram.com/p/CXTmzu1oUrE/.
4.5. Each Entrant is entered only once into the draw and can only win one prize, regardless of how many comments they have posted.
5. Award:
5.1. The prizes will be awarded to 11 (eleven) winning Entrants who have met the conditions of clause 3.1 and meet the requirements of clause 3.2. The prizes are:
- 1 piece bracelet and jewelry box from Pandora.
- 10 pcs. voucher for 10% discount in Pandora store
6. Determination of the winning Entrant:
6.1. Only Entrants who meet the conditions set out in clauses 3 and 4 of these Rules will be entered into the prize draw referred to in clause 5.
6.2. The draw of winners will be carried out by specialised software on a random basis within 48 hours after the end of the Game.
6.3. The announcement of the winner will be made by a comment from the Sofia Ring Mall (@sofia_ring_mall) account under the Game post on Instagram within 48 hours after the end of the Game and/or through a story on the Instagram account of the organizer. This story will state the winner's username and the prize they win.
6.4. After the winning Entrant has been determined, 2 (two) additional reserve winning Entrants will be drawn. The reserve winning Entrants may replace the previous drawn Entrants provided that they cannot be found and/or cannot claim the prize within the time limit set out in clause 7.1 of these Rules.
6.5 After the winning Entrant has been drawn, a check will be carried out to ensure that they meet the conditions set out in these Rules. In the event that a winning Entrant is not eligible to receive a prize, the next eligible alternate winning Entrant in line will be deemed the winner.
7. Receiving the Award:
7.1. Within 3 (three) working days after the date of determination of the winning Entrant in accordance with the preceding clause 6, the Entrant shall contact the Sofia Ring Mall account (@sofia_ring_mall) via private message to find out how he/she will receive his/her prize.
7.1.1. The Winning Participant must visit the Information Desk in Sofia Ring Mall at a specified day and time by the Organizer and fill in and sign an acceptance protocol with their personal data, which are required to receive the prize. These details will only be used for the provision of this particular prize.
7.1.2. In the event that the relevant winning Entrant fails to respond to the notification by sending the required details within 3 (three) working days of the winner being announced or refuses to accept the prize, the first alternate winning Entrant to be notified in accordance with this clause shall be deemed the winner. In the event that he/she also fails to respond within 1 (one) day of notification or refuses to receive the prize, the second reserve winning Entrant will be contacted. In the event that he/she also fails to respond within 1 (one) day of sending the message or refuses to receive the prize, the prize will remain unallocated and a new draw will not be organised.
7.2. The prize can be claimed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of the draw.
7.3. Upon receipt of a Prize, each winning Entrant must identify himself/herself by presenting the following documents.
7.4. Upon receipt of the prize, each winning Participant shall sign an acceptance protocol with the Organiser.
7.5. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.
7.6. The prize may not be assigned to third parties.
7.7. If within 4 (four) weeks from the date of the respective draw the prize has not been awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser, a new draw shall not be organised.
8 Rights and Responsibilities:
8.1. a) in the event that the prize cannot be received, provided or redeemed due to the inability of the respective Participant and/or his/her representative to identify him/herself and/or to receive the prize within the specified time limits or due to other technical and/or legal obstacles related to the specific winning Participant and/or his/her representative/agent; b) in the event of the inability to provide and/or use the prize due to circumstances of force majeure, due to regulatory or legal restrictions or any other o
8.2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to enter or award a prize if an Entrant's registration for the Campaign contains incomplete, false or misleading information.
8.3. The Organizer shall have the right at its discretion to terminate the Campaign at any time in the event that circumstances arise which prevent its conduct, including but not limited to abuse, violation of these Rules, force majeure, act of an administrative, judicial or other authority, etc. In such cases the Organiser shall not owe any compensation to the Participants.
8.4. Any attempts to manipulate the Campaign on the site where it is being conducted are prohibited. In case of any abuse that can be used to influence the Campaign page, as well as in case of suspicion of such abuse, the Organizer has the right to disqualify the Participant concerned, in which case the Organizer is not obliged to motivate or explain the disqualification.
8.5. Each Entrant must ensure that he/she enters the Campaign using his/her real name, which he/she must verify by providing identification in the event that he/she has won a prize in the Campaign.
8.6. The use of techniques and/or technologies that alter the element of personal and individual participation of the individual concerned in the Campaign will be considered manipulation under clause 8.4.
8.7.The Promoter is under no obligation to correspond in relation to any claim for a prize from the Campaign.
9.Additional provisions:
9.1. In case the prize is received by a proxy of the winning Participant, by signing the acceptance protocol the proxy voluntarily provides the Organizer with the personal data required for participation in the Campaign and receipt of the prize, namely: three names, telephone number and age. The data will be processed in order to identify the Participants and to establish feedback with the winning Participant for the receipt of the prize. The data will be stored by the Promoter for a period of 6 (six) weeks after the date of the winning Entrant's draw. This is necessary to establish contact with the winning Entrant and the provision of their prize as described in clauses 7 and 8.
9.2. The storage and processing of the personal data of the Participants in the Campaign is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation and the Organizer's Personal Data Protection Policy, published on the website www.sofiaring.com (https://bit.ly/2MKs8t8) and available in the Organizer's outlets. By accepting these Rules, each Participant is informed and accepts the said documents.
9.3. The first and last name or username will be published on the Campaign page according to the Instagram profile of the winning Entrant.
9.4. The Promoter may promote the Campaign on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, including posting information about the Campaign and the two names of the winning Entrant or username (as per their Instagram profile) on their official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SofiaRingMall.Official/) and their official Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/).
9.5. The Organiser has the right to amend and supplement these Rules at any time. Amendments and additions shall take effect from the date of their publication on the Campaign website
10. Declaration of the award under the Personal Income Tax Act.
10.1. The individual who has received an itemised prize is liable to declare the income and pay Income Tax (ITT) at their own expense.
10.2. The payment of income tax (GST) payable by the recipient of the prize and the filing of the annual tax return in respect of the prize shall be made within the time limits and in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the Income Tax Act.
10.3. The Organiser is not responsible for the quality of the prize and is not liable for the prize awarded.

This autumn, H&M has partnered with iconic American casualwear brand No Fear. The collection overturns stereotypes about fear, which can be a great source of strength and a means to unleash potential, especially for young people today. 1.1. The period for participation in the Sofia Ring Mall Online Game "Play for a voucher worth 500 BGN from Cliché" ("the Game") is from 12 August 2021 until 23:59 on 22 August 2021.
1.2. The game is running on the official Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/cliche_bg/
Organizer:
2.1. The organizer of the Campaign is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696, with registered office and management address. Address. "214 Okolovrasten Road, jointly with Cliche BG Ltd, ("the Organiser").
2.2. Facebook Inc. does not participate or assist in any way in the organisation and conduct of the Game.
Participants:
3.1. A participant in the Game may be any able-bodied natural person (over 18 years of age) with a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria, who during the Participation Period under point 1.1:
3.1.1. is registered or has a valid registration on the social network Instagram (according to the rules of the site);
3.1.2. visit Cliché's Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/cliche_bg/ and follow his profile (@cliche_bg);

4.1. Participation in the Game is not intended and is not conditional upon the purchase of any product or service offered by the Organizer.
4.2 Each Entrant who has complied with the conditions of clause 3.1 and meets the requirements of clause 3.2 is entered into the prize draw under clause 5 below.
4.3. Each Entrant may enter an unlimited number of comments in the Game.
4.4. Awards:
5.1. The prize will be awarded to one winning Entrant who has fulfilled the conditions of clause 3.1. and meets the requirements of clause 3.2. The prize is 1 voucher worth BGN 500 for shopping at Cliché.
Determination of the winning Entrant:
6.1. Only Entrants who meet the conditions set out in clauses 3 and 4 of these Rules will be entered into the prize draw referred to in clause 5.
6.2. The draw of the winner will be made by specialised software on a random basis within 48 hours after the end of the Game.
6.3. The announcement of the winner will be made by a comment on the Instagram account of Cliché (@cliche_bg) under the Instagram Game post within 48 hours of the Game ending and/or via a story on the Instagram account of Cliché (@cliche_bg). This story will state the winner's username and the prize they win.
6.4. After the winning Entrant has been determined, 2 (two) additional reserve winning Entrants will be drawn. The reserve winning Entrants may replace the previous drawn Entrant, provided that the same cannot be found and/or cannot claim the prize within the time limit set out in clause 7.1 of these Rules.
6.5 After the winning Entrant has been drawn, a check will be carried out to ensure that they meet the conditions set out in these Rules. In the event that a given winning Entrant is not eligible to receive a prize, the next alternate winning Entrant who is eligible shall be deemed the winner.
Receiving the Award:
7.1. Within 3 (three) working days after the date of determination of the winning Participant in accordance with the previous clause 6, the Participant should contact the Organizer via a private message to the Sofia Ring Mall account (@sofia_ring_mall) to find out how he/she will receive his/her prize. The name of the winner will be announced by a comment by Cliché under the post for the relevant Game and/or story ("Story") within 48 hours of its completion.
7.1.1. The Winning Participant must visit the "Information" desk in Sofia Ring Mall at a specified day and time by the Organizer and fill in and sign an acceptance protocol with his/her personal data, which are necessary for the receipt of the prize. These data will only be used for the provision of this specific prize.
7.1.2. In the event that the relevant winning Entrant fails to respond to the notification by sending the required details within 3 (three) working days of the winner being announced or refuses to accept the prize, the first alternate winning Entrant to be notified in accordance with this clause shall be deemed the winner. In the event that he/she also fails to respond within 1 (one) day of notification or refuses to receive the prize, the second reserve winning Entrant will be contacted. In the event that he/she also fails to respond within 1 (one) day of sending the message or refuses to receive the prize, the prize will remain unallocated and a new draw will not be organised.
7.2. The prize can be claimed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of the draw.
7.3. Upon receipt of a Prize, the winning Entrant must identify himself/herself by presenting the following documents.
7.4. Upon receipt of the prize, the winning Participant shall sign an acceptance protocol with the Organiser.
7.5. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.
7.6. The prize may not be assigned to third parties.
7.7. If within 4 (four) weeks from the date of the respective draw the prize has not been awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser, a new draw shall not be organised.
8 Rights and Responsibilities:
8.1. a) in the event that the prize cannot be received, provided or redeemed due to the inability of the respective Participant and/or his/her representative to identify him/herself and/or to receive the prize within the specified time limits or due to other technical and/or legal obstacles related to the specific winning Participant and/or his/her representative/agent; b) in the event of the inability to provide and/or use the prize due to circumstances of force majeure, due to regulatory or legal restrictions or any other o
8.2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to enter or award a prize if an Entrant's registration for the Campaign contains incomplete, false or misleading information.
8.3. The Organizer shall have the right at its discretion to terminate the Campaign at any time in the event that circumstances arise which prevent its conduct, including but not limited to abuse, violation of these Rules, force majeure, act of an administrative, judicial or other authority, etc. In such cases the Organiser shall not owe any compensation to the Participants.
8.4. Any attempts to manipulate the Campaign on the site where it is being conducted are prohibited. In case of any abuse that can be used to influence the Campaign page, as well as in case of suspicion of such abuse, the Organizer has the right to disqualify the Participant concerned, in which case the Organizer is not obliged to motivate or explain the disqualification.
8.5. Each Entrant must ensure that he/she enters the Campaign using his/her real name, which he/she must verify by providing identification in the event that he/she has won a prize in the Campaign.
8.6. The use of techniques and/or technologies that alter the element of personal and individual participation of the individual concerned in the Campaign will be considered manipulation under clause 8.4.
8.7.The Promoter is under no obligation to correspond in relation to any claim for a prize from the Campaign.
9.Additional provisions:
9.1. In case the prize is received by a proxy of the winning Participant, by signing the acceptance protocol the proxy voluntarily provides the Organizer with the personal data required for participation in the Campaign and receipt of the prize, namely: three names, telephone number and age. The data will be processed in order to identify the Participants and to establish feedback with the winning Participant for the receipt of the prize. The data will be stored by the Promoter for a period of 6 (six) weeks after the date of the winning Entrant's draw. 9.2. H&M is excited to present its new summer swimwear collection. To make the pieces, the brand uses sustainable materials and simple cuts to give women confidence. The focus of the collection is on different silhouettes suitable for everyone, regardless of body structure, capturing female strength and fierceness. The classic swimwear designs are made from leftovers from the manufacturing process and recycled polyester from plastic bottles. H&M x Good News - a sustainable and versatile shoe collection inspired by the 70s

H&M is excited to announce its collaboration with Good News, a British fashion footwear brand known for its 70s-inspired sneakers and focus on sustainability. With this collaboration, the two brands are introducing innovative materials such as Bananatex® (a waterproof textile made from banana plants) as well as our well-known vegan alternative to leather, Vegea (made from grape seeds).
Good News is a footwear brand founded in London in 2016 by Nia Jones and Ben Tattersall. To reduce the amount of waste the footwear industry can generate, they created Good News with a desire to make a difference with a smile. Both are constantly researching new innovative materials to use to make their models, and bring the world some 'good news'.
Good News and H&M join forces for a versatile sneaker collection - for women, men and children - with a smaller environmental footprint. In connection with the order № RD-01-173 of 18.03.2021 of the Minister of Health, from 22.03. on the territory of Sofia Ring Mall will be suspended visits for customers except for grocery stores, pharmacies, opticians, drugstores, pet shop, banks, insurers, payment service providers, offices of telecommunications operators and other providers of communication services in them.
The eatery will be open for deliveries or takeout/office meals.
Order No. RD-01-197 of 31.03.2021 allows the outdoor areas of the restaurants (terraces, gardens, etc.) in Sofia Ring Mall to be open to the public.

H&M's new collaboration for a sustainable children's clothing collection

H&M is excited to once again partner with an independent illustrator for its most sustainable children's capsule collection to date. Featuring images of quiet gardens and rainforests, this spring collection is a collaboration with Angela McKay, founder of Ohkii Studio. The designs in Angela Mckay x H&M are made from organic cotton, recycled materials and viscose. With an intense sense of colour and whimsical details, Mckay paints flowers, butterflies, jungle, foliage and sleepy sloths, which are then printed onto children's clothing, swimwear, shoes and accessories. The Angela Mckay x H&M collection will be available in H&M stores worldwide and online at hm.com on March 11.
Angela McKay's amazing illustrations come to life on jackets, dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, sweatshirts, blouses, leggings and shorts. Swimwear, pajamas and underwear, along with shoes and accessories create a complete children's collection. The colour palette is a range of pinks, greens, navy blues and blacks. Angela Mckay x H&M is another step towards the brand's goal of using 100% organic, recycled or other sustainable materials to make its products by 2030.
"I am fascinated by nature, the ocean, folk tales and even old mystery novels. The handmade illustrations really come to life in this collaboration with H&M, so I believe children wearing the collection will feel the mood the patterns set and smile," says Angela McKay, illustrator and founder of Ohkii Studio.
"Angela's illustrations really draw children's attention to the gardens, rainforests and whimsical details. Our aim is to continue to support independent illustrators from around the world. Peek & Cloppenburg opened a new store in Sofia Ring Mall

The fashion clothing and accessories company Peek & Cloppenburg (P&C) opened its new store in Sofia Ring Mall. With an area of 3,000 sqm, it is located on two floors of the shopping centre, and its arrangement presents the new concept of P&C's outlets. For the convenience of visitors, the store is conceptually divided - level 1 houses the men's fashion assortment, while level 2 is dedicated to the women's collections. In addition to the two floors, there is also an area with sports items from well-known brands such as Adidas, Champion, Ellesse and Nike.
The store offers a variety of products from more than 100 fashion brands, including Boss Black, HUGO, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, Armani Exchange, Calvin Klein Jeans, Joop!, Tommy Jeans, as well as P&C exclusive brands such as Jake*s, Review, Christian Berg, Joseph Janard, McNeal and Montego.
"Our goal is to provide our customers with a wide variety of fashion solutions for every occasion and style. We achieve this with a carefully selected range of products that includes our popular exclusive brands as well as internationally known ones. The independent fashion chain Peek & Cloppenburg will open its new store in Sofia Ring Mall, the first in Bulgaria for the last 10 years. The official opening is scheduled for March 4.
The store in Sofia Ring Mall will present the style of Peek & Cloppenburg's new concept for the arrangement and layout of the outlets, which includes a floor division into men's and women's fashion. The new concept also features optimally facilitated customer orientation , as well as a separate sportswear area.
The store will span two floors with a total retail space of over 3,000 sqm.
