6. LOTTERY AND PRIZE

6.1. Raffle will be drawn at random on 2 December 2024by drawing the name of one entrant for each prize who is deemed to have WON the prize in question and one additional entrant for each prize who is deemed to be a reserve in the event that the first winning entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these rules.

6.2. The WINNER will be notified by phone number and/or e-mail address. If the WINNER does not respond within 3 days (or refuses to receive the prize, respectively), he loses his rights to receive the prize, and the ORGANIZER notifies the next reserve PARTICIPANT in the order of his withdrawal according to Art. 6.1.

7.2. Employees of Sofia South Ring Mall EAD and their related companies are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Employees of Sofia South Ring Mall retail outlets are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

8. ASSIGNMENT OF THE PRIZE. NON-USE OF THE PRIZE

8.1. The winners are not entitled to assign their prize to third parties or to claim its cash equivalent.

8.2. The Promoter is obliged to contact the winner by email or phone call no later than 48 hours after the draw. The Promoter will not be liable if the winner fails to respond to 3 consecutive telephone calls in 3 consecutive days.

The Promoter is not responsible if the winner is prevented for reasons beyond the Promoter's control from receiving and/or using the prize won.

The Organizer is not responsible for incorrectly filled in personal data by participants.

8.3. In the cases referred to in Article 6.2, the right to receive the prize passes to the first reserve drawn in the draw. The same terms and conditions for receiving the prize apply to the reserves.

8.4. Any prizes not received will remain the property of the Organiser.

12.1. All personal data will be treated as confidential information, in accordance with the current legislation on data protection.

12.2. By participating in this Raffle, Participants voluntarily provide their personal data (names, phone, email, age and/or others) and consent to these data being used (collected and administered) by (Sofia South Ring Mall EAD), as well as its subcontractors/partners solely and exclusively for purposes related to this Raffle, namely:

• validly participate in the Sweepstakes, identify winners and contact them for the purpose of providing their prizes;
• organising and ensuring the smooth receipt of the prizes won and communicating in this regard.

12.3. Participants in the Sweepstakes provide their personal data voluntarily. Refusal to provide personal data will result in the inability to fully participate in the Sweepstakes and/or to receive a prize won.

12.5.5. the right to portability - to receive their personal data, which they have provided to the Organiser and which are processed in an automated manner, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transfer these data to another controller without hindrance from the Organiser, or to request the Organiser to transfer the personal data to another controller where the transfer is technically feasible;

12.5.6. right to withdraw consent to processing - Participants have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to withdrawal of consent. However, if an Entrant withdraws their consent to processing, this will not allow them to enter the Sweepstakes and/or receive any prize they have won.

1. Participation period:

1.1. The entry period for the Sofia Ring Mall "My Shopping Manifestations" Online Game ("Game") is from 13 January 2023 until 23:59 on 31 January 2023.

1.2. The game is held on the official Instagram platform of Sofia South Ring Mall EAD: https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/.

2. Organizer:

2.1. The organizer of the Campaign is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696, with registered office and management address. Address. "214 Okolovrasten Road ("the Organiser").

2.2. Meta Inc. does not participate or assist in any way in the organization and conduct of the Game.

3. Participants:

3.1. A participant in the Game may be any able-bodied natural person (over 18 years of age) with a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria, who during the Participation Period under point 1.1:

3.1.1. is registered or has a valid registration on the social network Instagram (according to the rules of the site);

3.1.2. accept these Rules, which will be published on the website https://www.sofiaring.bg/; the inclusion of the Participants in the Game means that they have accepted these Rules.

3.2. Employees of the Organizer, as well as employees of other companies sent to perform temporary work for the Organizer, as users of these employees under their direction and control, as well as members of their families are not allowed to participate in the Game.

4. Mechanism of participation:

4.1. Participation in the Game is not intended and is not conditional upon the purchase of any product or service offered by the Organizer.

4.2 Each Entrant who has complied with the conditions of clause 3.1 and meets the requirements of clause 3.2 is entered into the prize draw under clause 5 below.

4.3. Each Entrant may participate with an unlimited number of entries in the Game.

4.4. To enter the prize draw, each user has to describe all their fashion wishes for the season and tag a friend in a comment under the game post on Sofia Ring Mall's Instagram account.

4.5. Each Entrant is entered into the draw only once and may only win one prize.

4.6. Bonus to participation. Each Participant must have an unlocked account to be eligible for a participation bonus from the Organizer.

5. Award:

5.1 Prizes to be awarded to 3 winning Entrants who must have fulfilled the conditions in clause 3.1 and meet the requirements of clause 3.2 to receive one of the prizes:

3 shopping vouchers worth BGN 100 each

6. Determination of Winning Entrants:

6.1. Only Entrants who meet the conditions set out in clauses 3 and 4 of these Rules will be entered into the prize draw referred to in clause 5.

6.2. The selection of the winners will be done by specialized software.

6.3. The winners will be announced via a tag by the Promoter within 48 hours of the end of the Game in a comment under the Game post and on the Instagram story. This story will state the username of the winners and the prizes they win.

6.4. After the winning Entrants have been determined, 3 (three) additional reserve winning Entrants will be drawn. The reserve winning Entrants may replace the previous drawn Entrants provided that they cannot be found and/or cannot claim the prizes within the time limit set out in clause 7.1 of these Rules.

6.5 Once the winning Entrants have been determined, they will be checked to see if they meet the conditions set out in these Rules. In the event that a winning Entrant is not eligible to receive a prize, the next eligible alternate winning Entrant in line will be deemed the winner.

7. Receiving the Award:

7.1. Within 3 (three) working days after the date of determination of the winning Participants in accordance with the previous paragraph 6, they should contact the Organizer via private message to the Sofia Ring Mall account (@sofia_ring_mall) to find out how they will receive their prize. The name of the winners will be announced via a tag by the Organizer under the post with a comment and on the story ("Story") within 48 hours after its completion.

7.1.1. Winning Participants must visit the Information Desk in Sofia Ring Mall at a specified day and time by the Organizer and fill in and sign an acceptance protocol with their personal data, which are required to receive the prize. These details will only be used for the provision of this particular prize.

7.1.2. In the event that a winning Entrant fails to respond to the notification by submitting the required details within 3 (three) business days after the winners are announced or refuses to accept the prize, the reserve winning Entrant drawn and notified in accordance with this clause shall be deemed the winner. In the event that any of the reserve winning entrants fails to respond within 1 (one) day of the notification being sent or refuses to receive the prize, the prize shall remain unallocated and no new draw shall be organised.

7.2. The prize can be claimed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of the draw.

7.3. Upon receipt of a Prize, each winning Entrant must identify himself/herself by presenting the following documents.

7.4. Upon receipt of the prize, each winning Participant shall sign an acceptance protocol with the Organiser.

7.5. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.

7.6. The prize may not be assigned to third parties.

7.7. If, within 4 (four) weeks from the date of the relevant draw, the prizes have not been awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, a new draw will not be organised.

8. Rights and Responsibilities:

8.1. a) in the event that the prize cannot be received, provided or redeemed due to the inability of the respective Participant and/or his/her representative to identify him/herself and/or to receive the prize within the specified time limits or due to other technical and/or legal obstacles related to the specific winning Participant and/or his/her representative/agent; b) in the event of the inability to provide and/or use the prize due to circumstances of force majeure, due to regulatory or legal restrictions or any other o

8.2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to enter or award a prize if an Entrant's registration for the Campaign contains incomplete, false or misleading information.

8.3. The Organizer shall have the right at its discretion to terminate the Campaign at any time in the event that circumstances arise which prevent its conduct, including but not limited to abuse, violation of these Rules, force majeure, act of an administrative, judicial or other authority, etc. In such cases the Organiser shall not owe any compensation to the Participants.

8.4. Any attempts to manipulate the Campaign on the site where it is being conducted are prohibited. In case of any abuse that can be used to influence the Campaign page, as well as in case of suspicion of such abuse, the Organizer has the right to disqualify the Participant concerned, in which case the Organizer is not obliged to motivate or explain the disqualification.

8.5. Each Entrant must ensure that he/she enters the Campaign using his/her real name, which he/she must verify by providing identification in the event that he/she has won a prize in the Campaign.

8.6. The use of techniques and/or technologies that alter the element of personal and individual participation of the individual concerned in the Campaign will be considered manipulation under clause 8.4.

8.7.The Promoter is under no obligation to correspond in relation to any claim for a prize from the Campaign.

9. Additional provisions:

9.1. In case the prize is received by a proxy of a winning Participant, by signing the acceptance protocol the proxy voluntarily provides the Organizer with the personal data required for participation in the Campaign and receipt of the prize, namely: three names, telephone number and age. The data will be processed in order to identify the Participants and to establish feedback with the winning Participant for the receipt of the prize. The data will be stored by the Promoter for a period of 6 (six) weeks after the date of the winning Entrant's draw. This is necessary to establish contact with the winning Entrant and the provision of their prize as described in clauses 7 and 8.

9.2. The storage and processing of the personal data of the Participants in the Campaign shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation and the Organiser's Personal Data Protection Policy published on the website www.sofiaring.bg  (https://bit.ly/2MKs8t8) and available in the Organizer's outlets. Upon acceptance of these Rules, each Participant is informed and accepts the said documents.

9.3. The first and last name or username will be published on the Campaign page according to the Instagram profile of the winning Entrants.

9.4. The Promoter may promote the Campaign on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, including posting information about the Campaign and the two names of the winning Entrant or the username (according to their Instagram profile) on their official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SofiaRingMall.Official/) and on his official Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/).

9.5. The Organiser has the right to amend and supplement these Rules at any time. Amendments and additions shall take effect from the date of their publication on the Campaign website

10. Declaration of the award under the Personal Income Tax Act.

10.1. The individual who has received an itemised prize is liable to declare the income and pay Income Tax (ITT) at their own expense.

10.2. The payment of income tax (GST) payable by the recipient of the prize and the filing of the annual tax return in respect of the prize shall be made within the time limits and in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the Income Tax Act.

10.3. The Organiser is not responsible for the quality of the prize and is not liable for the prize awarded.

These Rules shall enter into force on 13.01.2023.
