The organizer of the raffle "10 Years of Sofia Ring Mall" ("the Raffle") is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, EIK: 200114696, with registered office and registered address in Sofia, Bulgaria. Sofia Ring Road, Sofia, ul. 214 Okolovrasten Road, represented by Evelyn Vratsida, Executive Director, hereinafter referred to as "ORGANIZER"

 

2. RAFFLE VENUE "10 years Sofia Ring Mall"

The raffle will be held on the territory of the Sofia Ring Mall shopping complex, located in Sofia. Sofia Ring Road 214.

                                               

3. DURATION OF THE LOTTERY "10 years Sofia Ring Mall"

The sweepstakes starts at 10:00 p.m. on October 10, 2024 and ends at 10:00 p.m. on December 1, 2024.

The Sweepstakes is open to all individuals over the age of 18 who meet and must comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

4/ to fill in his/her personal data (name, phone number, email) required for registration in the Sweepstakes

5/ keep his/her receipt/notes until the Raffle draw and receipt of the prize if drawn

5. FEATURES:

1/ An Entrant may only enter the Sweepstakes once per day on each day of the Campaign Period 10.10.-1.12.2024.

2/ Participants in the Sweepstakes must be 18 years of age or older;

6/ A valid entry is only considered a registration that contains the following information: two names, email, contact phone number, photo(s) of validated receipt(s) and consent to the collection and processing of personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of the game and for direct marketing;

7/ Registrations that do not contain this information and are not eligible will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

6. LOTTERY AND PRIZE

6.1. Raffle will be drawn at random on 2 December 2024by drawing the name of one entrant for each prize who is deemed to have WON the prize in question and one additional entrant for each prize who is deemed to be a reserve in the event that the first winning entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these rules.

6.2. The WINNER will be notified by phone number and/or e-mail address. If the WINNER does not respond within 3 days (or refuses to receive the prize, respectively), he loses his rights to receive the prize, and the ORGANIZER notifies the next reserve PARTICIPANT in the order of his withdrawal according to Art. 6.1.

6.5. The right of the WINNER to receive the prize is inalienable and non-transferable.

6.6. The WINNER is responsible for recording the prize received on his/her 2024 income tax return.

7. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA "10 years Sofia Ring Mall"

7.1. All visitors of Sofia Ring Mall over the age of 18 who have shopped for a minimum of BGN 50 within one day in any of the participating shops on the territory of Sofia Ring Mall for the period from 10.10. to 1.12.2024 are eligible to participate in the Raffle.

7.2. Employees of Sofia South Ring Mall EAD and their related companies are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Employees of Sofia South Ring Mall retail outlets are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

8. ASSIGNMENT OF THE PRIZE. NON-USE OF THE PRIZE

8.1. The winners are not entitled to assign their prize to third parties or to claim its cash equivalent.

8.2. The Promoter is obliged to contact the winner by email or phone call no later than 48 hours after the draw. The Promoter will not be liable if the winner fails to respond to 3 consecutive telephone calls in 3 consecutive days.

The Promoter is not responsible if the winner is prevented for reasons beyond the Promoter's control from receiving and/or using the prize won.

The Organizer is not responsible for incorrectly filled in personal data by participants.

8.3. In the cases referred to in Article 6.2, the right to receive the prize passes to the first reserve drawn in the draw. The same terms and conditions for receiving the prize apply to the reserves.

8.4. Any prizes not received will remain the property of the Organiser.

9. ПPUBLICITY

9.1. All participants in the Sweepstakes grant the Promoter the right to use their personal data and to publish their photographs for the purpose of promoting the Sweepstakes as and where it sees fit.

 

10. DATA PROTECTION

10.1. Each participant has the right at any time to request the organizers to delete, correct or block his personal data by writing to: marketing@ssrm-bg.com

 

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

11.1. By participating in the Sofia Ring Mall 10th Anniversary Raffle, persons agree to abide by the terms and provisions of the above general rules. The general rules are publicly disclosed and available for the entire period and duration of the promotion on the website:  www.sofiaring.bg

11.2. The organizer of the Raffle reserves the right to supplement or change the General Terms and Conditions, with the changes coming into force from the day of their publication on the above-mentioned website. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend the Raffle at any time. In case of disputes, the final decisions are made by the Organizer.

 

12. PERSONAL DATA

12.1. All personal data will be treated as confidential information, in accordance with the current legislation on data protection.

12.2. By participating in this Raffle, Participants voluntarily provide their personal data (names, phone, email, age and/or others) and consent to these data being used (collected and administered) by (Sofia South Ring Mall EAD), as well as its subcontractors/partners solely and exclusively for purposes related to this Raffle, namely:

• validly participate in the Sweepstakes, identify winners and contact them for the purpose of providing their prizes;
• organising and ensuring the smooth receipt of the prizes won and communicating in this regard.

12.3. Participants in the Sweepstakes provide their personal data voluntarily. Refusal to provide personal data will result in the inability to fully participate in the Sweepstakes and/or to receive a prize won.

12.4. The Organiser will keep the personal data of the Participants until the end of the Sweepstakes and the settlement of all relations related to it.

12.5 Participants have the following rights in relation to their personal data:

12.5.1. the right to confirm whether the Organiser is processing their personal data and, if so, to have access to it and to certain information about that processing, as well as a copy of the personal data that is being processed;

12.5.2. the right to rectification of personal data if inaccurate;

12.5.3. the right to erasure of personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten") - when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if, for example, they have been unlawfully processed;

12.5.4. the right to restrict processing - when a Participant disputes the accuracy of his/her personal data, for a period that allows the Organizer to verify his/her complaint, as well as in other cases provided for in the applicable legislation;

12.5.5. the right to portability - to receive their personal data, which they have provided to the Organiser and which are processed in an automated manner, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transfer these data to another controller without hindrance from the Organiser, or to request the Organiser to transfer the personal data to another controller where the transfer is technically feasible;

12.5.6. right to withdraw consent to processing - Participants have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to withdrawal of consent. However, if an Entrant withdraws their consent to processing, this will not allow them to enter the Sweepstakes and/or receive any prize they have won.
