The first screening of young people, which we conducted within the framework of the campaign "120/80. Choose Your Heart Number" campaign, in late 2024 with over 600 participants, showed that one in seven young people aged 15 to 29 has high blood pressure.

On March 22 from 11:00 to 16:00 we will measure blood in seven malls - Ring Mall, Serdika Center, Mall of Sofia, Bulgaria Mall, Paradise, The Mall, Park Center.
By taking part in the screening you will find out not only what your blood pressure currently is, but also what you can do to improve it through physical activity, diet, etc.
Measurement will be conducted with clinically validated Microlife B3 Afib blood pressure devices.

1.1. The entry period for the Circus Ivanov Giveaway on the Sofia Ring Mall Facebook page is from 15 November 2024 until 23:59 on 19 November 2024.

3.2. Employees of the Organizer, as well as employees of other companies sent to perform temporary work for the Organizer, as users of these employees under their direction and control, as well as members of their families are not allowed to participate in the Game.

Mechanism of participation:

4.1. Participation in the Game is not intended and is not conditional upon the purchase of any product or service offered by the Organizer.

4.2 Each Entrant who has complied with the conditions in clause 3.1 and meets the requirements of clauses 3.2 and 4 is entered into the prize draw under clause 5 below.

4.3. Each Entrant may participate with an unlimited number of entries in the Game.

Determination of Winning Entrants:

6.3. The winners will be announced via a tag in a comment under the Organizer's Facebook post within 48 hours after the end of the Game.

6.4. Once the winning Entrants have been determined, one (1) additional reserve winning Entrant will be drawn. The Reserve Winning Entrant may replace the previously drawn Entrant, provided that such Entrant cannot be located and/or is unable to claim his/her prize within the time limit set forth in Section 7.1 of these Rules.

6.5 Once the winning Entrants have been determined, a check will be made to ensure that they meet the conditions set out in these Rules. In the event that a winning Entrant is not eligible to receive a prize, the next eligible alternate winning Entrant in order shall be deemed the winner.

Receiving the Award:

7.1. Within 2 (two) working days after the date of determination of the winning Participants in accordance with the preceding paragraph 6, the same winning Participant shall contact the Organizer via personal message to the Facebook account of Sofia Ring Mall (@SofiaRingMall) to find out how he/she will receive his/her prize. The winner's name will be announced via a tag by the Organizer in a comment under the Game post.

7.1.1. Winning Participants must visit the Information Desk in Sofia Ring Mall at a specified day and time by the Organizer and fill in and sign an acceptance protocol with their personal data, which are required to receive the prize. These details will only be used for the provision of this particular prize.

7.1.2. In the event that a winning Entrant fails to respond to the notification by submitting the required details within 2 (two) business days after the winners are announced or refuses to accept the prize, the reserve winning Entrant drawn and notified in accordance with this clause shall be deemed the winner. In the event that any of the reserve winning Entrants fails to respond within 1 (one) day of the notification being sent or refuses to receive the prize, the prize shall remain unallocated and no new draw shall be organised.

7.1.3. Winners will be able to choose their free seats for the performance in the period: 20.11.-24.11., depending on the availability of seats for the specific performances.

7.2. The prize can be claimed within 5 (five) working days from the date of the draw.

7.3. Upon receipt of a Prize, each winning Entrant must identify himself/herself by presenting the following documents.

7.4. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.

7.5. The prize may not be assigned to third parties.

7.6. If within 1 (one) week from the date of the respective draw the prizes have not been distributed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser, a new draw will not be organised.

Rights and Responsibilities:

8.2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to enter or award a prize if an Entrant's registration for the Campaign contains incomplete, false or misleading information.

8.3. The Organizer shall have the right at its discretion to terminate the Campaign at any time in the event that circumstances arise which prevent its conduct, including but not limited to abuse, violation of these Rules, force majeure, act of an administrative, judicial or other authority, etc. In such cases the Organiser shall not owe any compensation to the Participants.

8.4. Any attempts to manipulate the Campaign on the site where it is being conducted are prohibited. In case of any abuse that can be used to influence the Campaign page, as well as in case of suspicion of such abuse, the Organizer has the right to disqualify the Participant concerned, in which case the Organizer is not obliged to motivate or explain the disqualification.

8.5. Each Entrant must ensure that he/she enters the Campaign using his/her real name, which he/she must verify by providing identification in the event that he/she has won a prize in the Campaign.

8.6. The use of techniques and/or technologies that alter the element of personal and individual participation of the individual concerned in the Campaign will be considered manipulation under clause 8.4.

8.7.The Promoter is under no obligation to correspond in relation to any claim for a prize from the Campaign.

Additional provisions:

9.1. In case the prize is received by a proxy of a winning Participant, by signing the acceptance protocol the proxy voluntarily provides the Organizer with the personal data required for participation in the Campaign and receipt of the prize, namely: three names, telephone number and age. The data will be processed in order to identify the Participants and to establish feedback with the winning Participant for the receipt of the prize. 9.2. The organizer of the Game is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, EIK: 200114696, with its registered office and management address in the city of Sofia, 214 Okolovrasten Pat St., hereinafter referred to as the Organizer for brevity.

The game starts on December 16, 2023 and ends at 00:00 on December 19, 2023.

4. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

Each participant must comment under the post with the game about their Christmas wish and tag a friend with whom they would like to go to the circus. At the end of the game, one winner will be drawn, who will win 2 tickets to the Ivanov Circus.

The Game is open to all individuals over the age of 18 who must comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Each Participant can participate only once for the entire period of the Game.

The Organizer's employees cannot participate in the Game.

5. PRIZE

5.1. The prize in the game is:

Official rules for the Sofia Ring Mall online game

"Play for a voucher worth 200lv. from a shop TEODOR"

1. Participation period:

1.1. The period for participation in the Sofia Ring Mall Online Game "Play for a voucher value of 200 BGN from TEODOR store" ("the Game") is from 10 November 2021 until 23:59 on 17 November 2021.

1.2. The game is held on the official Instagram page of Sofia South Ring Mall EAD: https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/ ("The Campaign Page").

2. Organizer:

2.1. The organizer of the Campaign is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696, with registered office and management address. Address. "214 Okolovrasten Road ("the Organiser").

2.2. Facebook Inc. does not participate or assist in any way in the organisation and conduct of the Game.

3. Participants:

3.1. A participant in the Game may be any able-bodied natural person (over 18 years of age) with a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria, who during the Participation Period under point 1.1:

3.1.1. is registered or has a valid registration on the social network Instagram (according to the rules of the site);

3.1.2. visit the Instagram account of the Organizer on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/;

3.1.3. is or becomes a fan of the Instagram account (@sofia_ring_mall) of Sofia Ring Mall and the Instagram account (@teodor.fashion) of TEODOR (starts following it);

3.1.4. accept these Rules, which will be published on the website https://www.sofiaring.com/; the inclusion of the Participants in the Game means that they have accepted these Rules;

3.1.5. like the Instagram post and post a comment below the Instagram post about the Game with a link: https://www.instagram.com/p/CWGQ_q2K_Ny/which must contain the tags of two people.

3.1.6 published Storey's post on his personal profile and tagged both Sofia Ring Mall's (@sofia_ring_mall) and TEODOR's Instagram account (@teodor.fashion).

3.2. Employees of the Organizer, as well as employees of other companies sent to perform temporary work for the Organizer, as users of these employees under their direction and control, as well as members of their families are not allowed to participate in the Game.

4. Mechanism of participation:

4.1. Participation in the Game is not intended and is not conditional upon the purchase of any product or service offered by the Organizer.

4.2 Each Entrant who has complied with the conditions of clause 3.1 and meets the requirements of clause 3.2 is entered into the prize draw under clause 5 below.

4.3. Each Entrant may enter an unlimited number of comments in the Game.

4.4. In order to enter the prize draw, each user must follow the Sofia Ring Mall(@sofia_ring_mall) and TEODOR's (@teodor.fashion) account and leave a comment under the post that contains the tags of two people, to be posted during the Game and containing the tags (tagging) of the two people. Only comments under the Game post with a link are valid for entry: https://www.instagram.com/p/CWGQ_q2K_Ny/

4.5. Each Entrant is entered only once into the draw and can only win one prize, regardless of how many comments they have posted.

5. Awards:

5.1. The prize will be awarded to one winning Participant who fulfils the conditions of clause 3.1. and meets the requirements of clause 3.2. in order to receive their prize - each of which includes 1 voucher worth 200 BGN for shopping at a TEODOR store.

6. Determination of Winning Entrants:

6.1. Only Entrants who meet the conditions set out in clauses 3 and 4 of these Rules will be entered into the prize draw referred to in clause 5.

6.2. The draw of winners will be carried out by specialised software on a random basis within 48 hours after the end of the Game.

6.3. The announcement of the winners will be made by a comment by the Promoter under the Game post on Instagram within 48 hours of the Game ending and/or via a story on the Promoter's Instagram account. This story will state the usernames of the winners and the prize they win.

6.4. After the winning Entrants have been determined, 2 (two) additional reserve winning Entrants will be drawn. The reserve winning Entrants may replace the previous drawn Entrants provided that they cannot be found and/or cannot claim the prize within the time limit set out in clause 7.1 of these Rules.

6.5 After the winning Entrants have been drawn, they will be checked to see if they meet the conditions set out in these Rules. In the event that a winning Entrant is not eligible to receive a prize, the next eligible alternate winning Entrant in line will be deemed the winner.

7. Receiving the Award:

7.1. Within 3 (three) working days after the date of determination of the winning Participants in accordance with the preceding paragraph 6, they should contact the Organizer via private message to the SofiaRing Mall account (@sofia_ring_mall) to find out how they will receive their prize. The names of the winners will be announced with a comment by the Organizer under the post for the respective Game and/or story ("Story") within 48 hours after its completion.

7.1.1. Winning Participants must visit the Information Desk in Sofia Ring Mall at a specified day and time by the Organizer and fill in and sign an acceptance protocol with their personal data, which are required to receive the prize. These details will only be used for the provision of this particular prize.

7.1.2. In the event that the relevant winning Entrant fails to respond to the notification by sending the required details within 3 (three) working days of the winners being announced or refuses to accept the prize, the first alternate winning Entrant to be notified in accordance with this clause shall be deemed the winner. In the event that he/she also fails to respond within 1 (one) day of notification or refuses to receive the prize, we will contact the second reserve winning Entrant. In the event that he/she also fails to respond within 1 (one) day of sending the message or refuses to receive the prize, the prize will remain unallocated and no new draw will be organised.

7.2. The prize can be claimed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of the draw.

7.3. Upon receipt of a Prize, each winning Entrant must identify himself/herself by presenting the following documents.

7.4. Upon receipt of the prize, each winning Participant shall sign an acceptance protocol with the Organiser.

7.5. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.

7.6. The prize may not be assigned to third parties.

7.7. If within 4 (four) weeks from the date of the respective draw the prize has not been awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser, a new draw shall not be organised.

8. Rights and Responsibilities:

8.1. a) in the event that the prize cannot be received, provided or redeemed due to the inability of the respective Participant and/or his/her representative to identify him/herself and/or to receive the prize within the specified time limits or due to other technical and/or legal obstacles related to the specific winning Participant and/or his/her representative/agent; b) in the event of the inability to provide and/or use the prize due to circumstances of force majeure, due to regulatory or legal restrictions or any other o

8.2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to enter or award a prize if an Entrant's registration for the Campaign contains incomplete, false or misleading information.

8.3. The Organizer shall have the right at its discretion to terminate the Campaign at any time in the event that circumstances arise which prevent its conduct, including but not limited to abuse, violation of these Rules, force majeure, act of an administrative, judicial or other authority, etc. In such cases the Organiser shall not owe any compensation to the Participants.

8.4. Any attempts to manipulate the Campaign on the site where it is being conducted are prohibited. In case of any abuse that can be used to influence the Campaign page, as well as in case of suspicion of such abuse, the Organizer has the right to disqualify the Participant concerned, in which case the Organizer is not obliged to motivate or explain the disqualification.

8.5. Each Entrant must ensure that he/she enters the Campaign using his/her real name, which he/she must verify by providing identification in the event that he/she has won a prize in the Campaign.

8.6. The use of techniques and/or technologies that alter the element of personal and individual participation of the individual concerned in the Campaign will be considered manipulation under clause 8.4.

8.7.The Promoter is under no obligation to correspond in relation to any claim for a prize from the Campaign.

9. Additional provisions:

9.1. In case the prize is received by a proxy of the winning Participant, by signing the acceptance protocol the proxy voluntarily provides the Organizer with the personal data required for participation in the Campaign and receipt of the prize, namely: three names, telephone number and age. The data will be processed in order to identify the Participants and to establish feedback with the winning Participant for the receipt of the prize. The data will be stored by the Promoter for a period of 6 (six) weeks after the date of the winning Entrant's draw. This is necessary to establish contact with the winning Entrant and the provision of their prize as described in clauses 7 and 8.

9.2. The storage and processing of the personal data of the Participants in the Campaign shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation and the Organiser's Personal Data Protection Policy published on the website www.sofiaring.com (https://bit.ly/2MKs8t8) and available in the Organizer's outlets. Upon acceptance of these Rules, each Participant is informed and accepts the said documents.

9.3. The first and last name or username will be published on the Campaign page according to the Instagram profile of the winning Entrant.

9.4. The Promoter may promote the Campaign on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, including posting information about the Campaign and the two names of the winning Entrant or the username (according to their Instagram profile) on their official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SofiaRingMall.Official/) and on his official Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/).

9.5. The Organiser has the right to amend and supplement these Rules at any time. Amendments and additions shall take effect from the date of their publication on the Campaign website

10. Declaration of the award under the Personal Income Tax Act.

10.1. The individual who has received an itemised prize is liable to declare the income and pay Income Tax (ITT) at their own expense.

10.2. The payment of income tax (GST) payable by the recipient of the prize and the filing of the annual tax return in respect of the prize shall be made within the time limits and in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the Income Tax Act.

10.3. The Organiser is not responsible for the quality of the prize and is not liable for the prize awarded.

These Rules shall enter into force on 10.11.2021.
