Sofia Ring Mall invites you to become part of TEDxVitosha: WALK IT BACK

In the spirit of Ideas Worth Sharing, TEDx is an international network of self-organized events in the style of TED.TEDxVitosha is the largest one for Bulgaria, operating for more than 6 years, which brings us together with local and international speakers such as Master Shi Heng Yi, Maria Laleva, Julian Kostov, Silvia Lulcheva, Paul Rush and others.

What is WALK IT BACK?

At the beginning of the year, former Coca-Cola CEO and businessman Craig Cohon undertook a 4,000-kilometre trek from London to Istanbul to do his bit to promote the idea of extracting carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Many of us realise the importance of being carbon neutral, but few realise how essential it is to take away the CO2 gas we already emit. On May 10, TEDxVitosha will hold the WALK IT BACK edition (inspired by Craig's campaign), which aims to raise awareness of the latest environmental practices we can implement today. Sasha Bezuhanova - investor, philanthropist, businesswoman and chairwoman of WWF - Bulgaria will also take the stage.

The publication aims to give us inspiration and knowledge on the topic, to meet one of the most active and intelligent societies of Sofia and to invite us to have fun - because helping nature doesn't mean you have to do LESS, but to create MORE of the right thing!
