Official rules for the Sofia Ring Mall online game "Restaurant Month"
- Participation period:
1.1. The participation period for the Sofia Ring Mall online game "Restaurant Month" ("the Game") is from 01 April 2022 until 23:59 on 30 April 2022.
1.2. The game is held on the official website of Sofia South Ring Mall EAD: https://www.sofiaring.bg/ ("The Game Page").
- Organizer:
2.1. The organizer of the Campaign is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696, with registered office and management address. Address. "214 Okolovrasten Road ("the Organiser").
- Participants:
3.1.1 Any natural person over 14 years of age with a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria may participate in the Game.
3.1.2. By entering, Entrants declare that they are 14 years of age or older and, if under 18, have the consent of a parent/guardian to participate in this Game. Entrants declare that they have a valid and unrestricted right to perform all acts in connection with their participation in this Game.
3.1.3. All persons under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of a parent or other legal guardian before taking part in the Game or providing their personal details.
3.1.4. In the event that a prize is won by an entrant who is under 18 years of age on the day the prize is won, it may only be claimed by a parent or other legal representative. In the absence of such acceptance, at the Promoter's discretion, the prize may be awarded to another entrant in accordance with the prize draw procedure set out in these rules.
3.2. Anyone wishing to participate in the Game must meet the following conditions:
3.2.1 To order and purchase one or more dishes from the special menu of the "Month of Restaurants" campaign in one of the four restaurants in Sofia Ring Mall - Crystal Burger & Steak, Victoria, Edo sushi, Roma Bene.
3.2.2. To scan a QR code that will be given with the bill at the restaurant.
3.2.3. Enter both your name and email.
3.2.4. To accept these Rules, which will be published on the website https://www.sofiaring.bg/
3.2.5. To click and spin the wheel of fortune on the site https://www.sofiaring.bg/
By entering the Game, Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Rules.
3.2.6 Employees of the Organiser, as well as employees of other companies sent to perform temporary work for the Organiser, in their capacity as companies - users of these employees under their direction and control, as well as members of their families are not allowed to participate in the Game.
- Mechanism of participation:
4.1. Any customer of Roma Bene, Edo Sushi, Victoria or Crystal Burger & Steak who has ordered one or more of the special menu offers for the "Restaurant Month" Campaign can participate in the game.
4.2. The participant scans the QR code provided by the restaurant employee together with the bill. The QR code redirects the user to a web page on the official website of Sofia Ring Mall - https://www.sofiaring.bg/where the Game happens.
4.3. The user fills in their two names and email in the box provided and is then admitted to the Game to click on a button that spins a wheel of fortune. A prize is generated, chosen at random.
4.4. At the moment of winning, a confirmation is automatically generated to the participant's email containing a description of the prize, its validity, a description of the main activity of the store and its location in Sofia Ring Mall.
4.5. An automatic real-time notification is also generated to the employees in the respective store containing two names and the participant's email for verification purposes on the spot.
4.6.. Within the Restaurant Month Campaign, each Entrant may participate up to 5 times in the Game.
4.7. Each Entrant may enter the Game once every 6 hours until 5 entries have been made, subject to the conditions set out above.
4.8. Within one visit to one of the restaurants of the "Restaurant Month" campaign, each Participant is entitled to play once and can win only one prize, regardless of how many dishes from the special menu he/she ordered.
4.9. Participation in the Game is until the prizes are exhausted

- Determination of the winning Entrant:
6.1. Only Entrants who meet the conditions set out in clauses 3 and 4 of these Rules will be entered into the prize draw referred to in clause 5.
6.2. The drawing of a prize by the Participant shall be carried out at the moment using specialised software on a random basis.
6.5 After the winning Entrants have been drawn, they will be verified by an employee of the store providing the prize whether they meet the conditions set out in these Rules. In the event that a winning Entrant is not eligible to receive a prize, the next eligible alternate winning Entrant in line will be deemed the winner.
- Receiving the Award:
7.1. Within 3 hours after the moment of determining the winning Participant in accordance with the preceding clause 6, the Participant will be informed of the prize won and how to receive it via a confirmation email.
7.1.1. The winning Entrant must provide all details (two names and email) required to claim the prize. These details will be used both for the provision of this particular prize and could be used in an email marketing campaign for Sofia Ring Mall. In the event that the winning Entrant is under the age of 18, then the prize must be collected by their guardian who must provide (three names).
7.2. The prize may be used until the relevant time limit from the date of the draw.

7.3. Upon receipt of a Prize, each winning Entrant must identify himself/herself by presenting the following documents.
7.5. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.
7.6. The prize may not be assigned to third parties.
- Rights and Responsibilities:
8.1. a) in the event that the prize cannot be received, provided or redeemed due to the inability of the respective Participant and/or his/her representative to identify him/herself and/or to receive the prize within the specified time limits or due to other technical and/or legal obstacles related to the specific winning Participant and/or his/her representative/agent; b) in the event of the inability to provide and/or use the prize due to circumstances of force majeure, due to regulatory or legal restrictions or any other o
8.2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to enter or award a prize if an Entrant's registration for the Campaign contains incomplete, false or misleading information.
8.3. The Organizer shall have the right at its discretion to terminate the Campaign at any time in the event that circumstances arise which prevent its conduct, including but not limited to abuse, violation of these Rules, force majeure, act of an administrative, judicial or other authority, etc. In such cases the Organiser shall not owe any compensation to the Participants.
8.4. Any attempts to manipulate the Campaign on the site where it is being conducted are prohibited. In case of any abuse that can be used to influence the Campaign page, as well as in case of suspicion of such abuse, the Organizer has the right to disqualify the Participant concerned, in which case the Organizer is not obliged to motivate or explain the disqualification.
8.5. Each Entrant must ensure that he/she enters the Campaign using his/her real name, which he/she must verify by providing identification in the event that he/she has won a prize in the Campaign.
8.6. The use of techniques and/or technologies that alter the element of personal and individual participation of the individual concerned in the Campaign will be considered manipulation under clause 8.4.
8.7.The Promoter is under no obligation to correspond in relation to any claim for a prize from the Campaign.
- Additional provisions:
9.1. If the prize is received by a proxy of the winning Participant, by signing the acceptance protocol the proxy voluntarily provides the Organizer with the personal data required for participation in the Campaign and receipt of the prize, namely: three names, telephone number, delivery address and age. The data will be processed in order to identify the Participants and to establish feedback with the winning Participant for the receipt of the prize. The data will be stored by the Promoter for a period of 6 (six) weeks after the date of the draw of the winning Entrants. This is necessary to establish contact with the winning Entrant and the provision of their prize as described in clauses 7 and 8.
9.2. The storage and processing of the personal data of the Participants in the Campaign shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation and the Organiser's Personal Data Protection Policy published on the website www.sofiaring.bg (https://bit.ly/2MKs8t8) and available in the Organizer's outlets. Upon acceptance of these Rules, each Participant is informed and accepts the said documents.
9.3. The first and last name or username will be published on the Campaign page according to the Instagram profile of the winning Entrant.
9.4. The Promoter may promote the Campaign on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, including posting information about the Campaign and the two names of the winning Entrant or the user's handle (according to their Instagram profile) on their official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SofiaRingMall.Official/) and on his official Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/).
9.5. The Organiser has the right to amend and supplement these Rules at any time. Amendments and additions shall take effect from the date of their publication on the Campaign page
- Declaration of the award under the Personal Income Tax Act.
10.1. The individual who has received an itemised prize is liable to declare the income and pay Income Tax (ITT) at their own expense.
10.2. The payment of income tax (GST) payable by the recipient of the prize and the filing of the annual tax return in respect of the prize shall be made within the time limits and in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the Income Tax Act.
10.3. The Organiser is not responsible for the quality of the prize and is not liable for the prize awarded.
These Rules shall enter into force on 01.04.2022.
