1. Participation period:

1.1. The period for participation in the Sofia Ring Mall Online Game "Who is your child's favorite character?" is from 30 May 2022 to 23:59 on 05 June 2022.

1.2. The game takes place on the Facebook platform and specifically on the page: https://www.facebook.com/SofiaRingMall.Official / ("Campaign Page").

2. Organizer:

2.1. The organizer of the Campaign is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696, with registered office and management address. Address. "214 Okolovrasten Road ("the Organiser").

2.2. Facebook Inc. does not participate or assist in any way in the organisation and conduct of the Game.

3. Eligibility and mechanism of the Game:

3.1. Any natural person over 14 years of age with a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria may participate in the Game.

3.1.1. By entering, Entrants declare that they are 14 years of age or older and, if under 18, have the consent of a parent/guardian to participate in this Game. Entrants declare that they have a valid and unrestricted right to perform all acts in connection with participation in this Game.

3.1.2. All persons under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of a parent or other legal guardian before taking part in the Game or providing their personal details.

3.1.3. In the event that a prize is won by an entrant who is under 18 years of age on the day the prize is won, it may only be claimed by a parent or other legal representative. In the absence of such acceptance, at the Promoter's discretion, the prize may be awarded to another entrant in accordance with the prize draw procedure set out in these rules.

3.2. Anyone wishing to participate in the Game must meet the following conditions:

3.2.1. Be registered or have a valid registration on the Facebook platform (according to the site rules);

3.2.2. Write your child's favourite cartoon character in a comment.

3.2.3. To accept these Rules, which will be published on the website https://www.sofiaring.bg/; the inclusion of the Participants in the Game means that they have accepted these Rules;

3.3. Employees of the Organizer, as well as employees of other companies sent to perform temporary work for the Organizer, as users of these employees under their direction and control, as well as members of their families are not allowed to participate in the Game.

4. Mechanism of participation:

4.1. Participation in the Game is not intended and is not conditional upon the purchase of any product or service offered by the Organizer.

4.2 Each Entrant who has complied with the conditions of clause 3.1 and meets the requirements of clause 3.2 is entered into the prize draw under clause 5 below.

4.3. Each Entrant may enter one comment in the Game.

4.4. In order to enter the prize draw, each user must complete the requirements during the Game Period.

4.5. Each Entrant is entered into the draw only once and can only win one prize regardless of how many times they have entered.

5. Awards:

5.1. The prizes are:

5 sets containing:

• Memory playing cards
• Backpack - colouring kit
• Voucher for 20% discount on the entire assortment of non-reduced products valid until 30.06.2022 from CCC store

The voucher can only be used for the purchase of goods in the CCC store.

5.2. The prizes will be awarded to five winning Entrants who have met the conditions of clause 3.1. and meet the requirements of clause 3.2.

6. Determination of Winning Entrants:

6.1. Only Entrants who meet the conditions set out in clauses 3 and 4 of these Rules will be entered into the prize draw referred to in clause 5.

6.2. The draw of winners will be carried out by specialised software on a random basis within 72 hours after the end of the Game.

6.3. The announcement of the winner will be made by a comment on the profile of Sofia Ring Mall (https://www.facebook.com/SofiaRingMall.Official) under the post Game on Facebook on 06.06.2022.

6.4. After the winning Entrant has been determined, 3 (three) additional reserve winning Entrants will be drawn. The reserve winning Entrants may replace the previous drawn Entrants, provided that they cannot be found and/or cannot claim the prize within the time limit set out in clause 7.1 of these Rules.

6.5 After the winning Entrants have been drawn, a check will be made to ensure that they meet the conditions set out in these Rules. In the event that a winning Entrant is not eligible to receive a prize, the next eligible alternate winning Entrant in line will be deemed the winner.

7. Receiving the Award:

7.1. Within 3 (three) working days after the date of the determination of the winning Participant in accordance with the previous paragraph 6, the same should be contacted by private message to the Facebook page of SofiaRing Mall (https://www.facebook.com/SofiaRingMall.Official) to find out how they will receive their reward.

7.1.1. The Winning Participant must visit the Information Desk in Sofia Ring Mall at a specified day and time by the Organizer and fill in and sign an acceptance protocol with their personal data, which are required to receive the prize. These details will only be used for the provision of this particular prize.

7.1.2. In the event that the respective winning Entrant fails to respond to the notification within 3 (three) business days after the announcement of the winner or refuses to accept the prize, the first alternate winning Entrant to whom notification is sent in accordance with this clause shall be deemed the winner. In the event that he/she also fails to respond within 1 (one) day of notification or refuses to accept the prize, we will contact the second alternate winning Entrant. In the event that he/she also fails to respond within 1 (one) day of sending the message or refuses to receive the prize, the prize will remain unallocated and a new draw will not be organised.

7.2. The prize can be claimed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of the draw.

7.3. Upon receipt of a Prize, each winning Entrant must identify himself/herself by presenting the following documents.

7.3.1. The prize will be provided by an employee of Sofia Ring Mall and handed over personally to the winning participant.

7.3.2. If the winning participant is between 14 and 18 years of age, the presence of a parent or legal guardian and a duly completed declaration of consent from the parent or legal guardian is a mandatory condition for the prize to be awarded.

7.4. Upon receipt of the prize, each winning Participant shall sign an acceptance protocol with the Organiser.

7.5. The prize may not be assigned to third parties.

7.6. If within 4 (four) weeks from the date of the respective draw the prize has not been awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser, a new draw shall not be organised.

8. Rights and Responsibilities:

8.1. a) in the event that the prize cannot be received, provided or redeemed due to the inability of the respective Participant and/or his/her representative to identify him/herself and/or to receive the prize within the specified time limits or due to other technical and/or legal obstacles related to the specific winning Participant and/or his/her representative/agent; b) in the event of the inability to provide and/or use the prize due to circumstances of force majeure, due to regulatory or legal restrictions or any other o

8.2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to enter or award a prize if an Entrant's registration for the Campaign contains incomplete, false or misleading information.

8.3. The Organizer shall have the right at its discretion to terminate the Campaign at any time in the event that circumstances arise which prevent its conduct, including but not limited to abuse, violation of these Rules, force majeure, act of an administrative, judicial or other authority, etc. In such cases the Organiser shall not owe any compensation to the Participants.

8.4. Any attempts to manipulate the Campaign on the site where it is being conducted are prohibited. In case of any abuse that can be used to influence the Campaign page, as well as in case of suspicion of such abuse, the Organizer has the right to disqualify the Participant concerned, in which case the Organizer is not obliged to motivate or explain the disqualification.
