H&M's new autumn collection: functional, innovative, big city spirit
H&M is excited to present its autumn collection - a mix of sporty, innovative and functional clothing. This is another step by the brand towards a positive future for the fashion industry with clothes made from more sustainable materials. The designs are classic with a sporty feel and easy to match, made from ECOVERO™, organic and recycled fabrics. The color palette again combines big city and nature with colors like green, orange and black. Actors Precious Mustafa and Lily Newmark are the faces of the campaign and the collection itself is now available on hm.com.
H&M's autumn collection is practical but also very fashionable. The foldable waterproof anorak in recycled polyamide, for example, can be turned into a handy bag, while the overalls in recycled polyester and the polo patterns can be matched with any pattern. Other keys to the collection are the black and orange leggings and the voluminous sweater with a hint of casual 90s style. The knee-high boots, Chelsea boots and beige baseball cap carry the spirit of the sporty yet casual aesthetic. The cuts are varied - voluminous and fitted - with the option of layering with a modern finish. The collection also contains accessories and clothing for dogs.
"I love the two styles of the collection - we wanted to add the practical element of casual sports cuts to modern pieces. Even with a nostalgic note to the 90s, we achieved a strong reading of the new-coming," says Maria Jostblum, Head of Womenswear at H&M.
