1. ORGANIZERS OF THE RAFFLE "SHOP WITH UP TO -70% DISCOUNT AND PLAY FOR VESPA"

The organizers of the raffle "SELL UP TO -70 % DISCOUNT AND PLAY FOR VESPA" ("the Raffle") is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696, with registered office and registered address in Sofia, Bulgaria. Sofia Ring Road, Sofia, ul. 214 Okolovrasten Road, represented by Dimitrios Papoulis, Executive Director, together with ITALIA MOTORS LTD, UIC: 203896470, with registered office and registered address. LTD. Botevgradsko shose 459, represented by Stoyan Zhelev as Executive Director, hereinafter referred to as "ORGANISERS"

2. VENUE OF THE RAFFLE "SHOP WITH UP TO -70% DISCOUNT AND PLAY FOR VESPA"

The raffle will be held on the territory of the Sofia Ring Mall shopping complex, located in Sofia. The event is held at the Sofia Ring Mall, 214 Okolovrasten Road, level 1.

3. DURATION OF THE RAFFLE "SHOP WITH UP TO -70% DISCOUNT AND PLAY FOR VESPA"

The Sweepstakes starts at 10:00 a.m. on August 1, 2020 and ends at 5:00 p.m. on August 31, 2020 and is active in the time range:

1 - 30 August - 10:00 to 21:00

On 31 August - from 10:00 to 17:00

4. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE RAFFLE "SHOP WITH UP TO -70% DISCOUNT AND PLAY FOR VESPA"

The Sweepstakes is open to all individuals, 18 years of age or older, who must comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Anyone wishing to participate in the promotion must:

1/ to make purchases in excess of BGN 70 in the outlets on the territory of Sofia Ring Mall, except for the following outlets: Clean - dry cleaning and laundry; A1; Vivacom; Telenor; EasyPay, DSK, Fibank, Momento, BAKB, Crown Change, LIDL

2/ to show his/her receipts at the Information Desk located on Level 1 of Sofia Ring Mall

3/ receive a stamp from an Information Desk staff member on their receipt(s), which they must keep until the end of the game;

4/ to receive his/her participation slip from an Information Desk officer;

4/ fill in his/her details and drop his/her ballot paper in the ballot box;

5/ the person should provide his/her full name, age, contact telephone number and e-mail address;

6/ Each participant gives his/her explicit consent to the collection and processing of his/her personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of the game and for direct marketing purposes;

7/ Each entrant must be at least 18 years of age on the date of submission of the entry form to enter the Sweepstakes.

5. FEATURES:

1/ An Entrant may enter no more than once per day. In order to participate, he/she must fill in the special coupon at the "Information" desk on level 1 of Sofia Ring Mall and give a receipt for printing for a value of more than BGN 70 or receipts for a total value of at least BGN 70 from purchases made on the same day in Sofia Ring Mall stores;

2/ Minors under the age of 18 are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes;

3/ An entrant may enter the Sweepstakes more than once, but not more than once per day, i.e. a maximum of 31 times during the entire Sweepstakes Period, from August 1 to August 31, 2020, within the time range specified above;

4/ Only a coupon containing the following information is considered a valid entry: two names, age, email, contact phone number and consent to the collection and processing of his/her personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of the game and direct marketing;

5/ Slips that do not contain this information will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

6. LOTTERY AND PRIZE

6.1. The raffle will be drawn on 31 August 2020 at 17:00 in the presence of a notary who will issue an official report. Draw the name of one entrant who is deemed to have WON the prize and one entrant who is deemed to have been rescued in the event that the first winning entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these rules.

6.2. The WINNER shall be notified by telephone and/or email address entered. If the WINNER does not reply within 3 days (or respectively refuses to receive the prize), he/she shall forfeit his/her rights to receive the prize and the ORGANISERS shall notify the next RESERVE PARTICIPANT in the order of his/her withdrawal according to Article 6.1.

6.3 The prize is 1 Vespa scooter provided by ITALY MOTORS LTD.

6.4. In order to claim the prize, the WINNER must provide his/her ID card, receipts with a stamp affixed by an employee of the Information Desk, fill in and sign a Prize Claim Form at the Information Desk on Level 1 of Sofia Ring Mall within 7 days from the date of the draw.

6.5. The right of the WINNER to receive the prize is inalienable and non-transferable.

6.6. The WINNER shall be obliged to enter the prize received in his/her income tax return for 2020.

7. CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE RAFFLE "SHOP WITH UP TO -70% DISCOUNT AND PLAY FOR VESPA"

7.1. All visitors of Sofia Ring Mall over the age of 18 who have made purchases worth more than 70 BGN in the period from 1st to 31st August 2020, within the time range, are eligible to participate in the Raffle:

1 - 31 August - 10:00 to 21:00

On 31 August - from 10:00 to 17:00

7.2. Employees of Sofia South Ring Mall EAD and employees of ITALY MOTORS LTD and their related companies are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Employees of the retail outlets on the territory of Sofia Ring Mall are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

8. ASSIGNMENT OF THE PRIZE. NON-USE OF THE PRIZE

8.1. The winners are not entitled to assign their prize to third parties or to claim its cash equivalent.

8.2. In the event that the Winner of the Raffle is not present at the draw, the Organisers are obliged to contact the Winner by telephone call no later than 48 hours after the draw. The Organisers will not be liable if the winner fails to respond to 3 consecutive telephone calls in 3 consecutive days.

The Organisers are not responsible if the winner is prevented for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers from receiving and/or using the prize won.

8.3. The right to receive the prize passes to the first reserve drawn in the draw. Under similar conditions, the right of the winner shall pass to the second reserve. The same terms and conditions apply to the reserves for the receipt of the prize.

8.4. Any prizes not won will remain the property of the Organisers.

9. PUBLICITY

9.1. All participants in the Sweepstakes grant the Promoters the right to use their personal data and to publish their photographs for the purpose of promoting the Sweepstakes as and where it sees fit.

10. DATA PROTECTION

10.1. Each participant has the right at any time to request the organizers to delete, correct or block his/her personal data by doing so in writing to: marketing@ssrm-bg.com

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

11.1. By participating in the Sweepstakes "SHOP WITH UP TO -70% DISCOUNT AND PLAY FOR VESPA" persons agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the above general rules. The General Rules are publicly disclosed and available for the entire period and duration of the Promotion at: www.sofiaring.bg

11.2. The Raffle Organisers reserve the right to amend or change the Terms and Conditions, with the changes taking effect from the day they are published on the above website. The Promoters reserve the right to suspend the Raffle at any time. In the event of any disputes, the final decision will be made by the Organisers.

12. PERSONAL DATA

12.1. All personal data will be treated as confidential information, in accordance with the current legislation on data protection.

12.2. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants voluntarily provide their personal information (name, phone, email, age and/or other) and consent to such information being used (collected and administered) by (company name) , and its subcontractors/partners solely for the purposes related to this Sweepstakes, namely:

- validly participate in the Sweepstakes, identify winners and contact them for the purpose of providing their prizes;

- organising and ensuring the smooth receipt of the prizes won and communicating in this regard.

12.3. Participants in the Sweepstakes provide their personal data voluntarily. Refusal to provide personal data will result in the inability to fully participate in the Game and/or to receive a prize won.

12.4. The Organiser will keep the personal data of the Participants until the end of the Sweepstakes and the settlement of all relations related to it.

12.5 Participants have the following rights in relation to their personal data:

12.5.1. the right to confirm whether the Organiser is processing their personal data and, if so, to have access to it and to certain information about that processing, as well as a copy of the personal data that is being processed;

12.5.2. the right to rectification of personal data if inaccurate;

12.5.3. the right to erasure of personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten") - when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if, for example, they have been unlawfully processed;

12.5.4. the right to restrict processing - when a Participant disputes the accuracy of his/her personal data, for a period that allows the Organizer to verify his/her complaint, as well as in other cases provided for in the applicable legislation;

12.5.5. the right to portability - to receive their personal data, which they have provided to the Organiser and which are processed in an automated manner, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transfer these data to another controller without hindrance from the Organiser, or to request the Organiser to transfer the personal data to another controller where the transfer is technically feasible;

12.5.6. right to withdraw consent to processing - Participants have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to withdrawal of consent. However, if an Entrant withdraws their consent to processing, this will not allow them to enter the Sweepstakes and/or receive any prize they have won.
