General rules for participation in the Sofia Ring Mall prize game

 

1. PRIZE GAME ORGANIZER

The organizer of the Game is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696, with registered office and registered address in Sofia, Bulgaria. Sofia Ring Road, Sofia, ul. 214 Okolovrasten Road, hereinafter referred to as "ORGANIZER"

2. VENUE

The game takes place on the Instagram account of Sofia Ring Mall.

3. GAME DURATION

The game starts at 13:30 on 09 December 2020 and ends at 14:00 on 14 December 2020.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Game is open to all individuals over the age of 18 who must comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Participation in the game is not tied to a purchase. Anyone wishing to participate in the game must:

1/ follow the Instagram account of Sofia Ring Mall (https://www.instagram.com/sofia_ring_mall/ )

2/ tag two of your friends with Instagram profiles in a comment below the game's official Instagram post

Each Entrant may enter the game an unlimited number of times.

The game is not open to employees of the Promoter.

 

5. AWARDS

5.1. The prizes in the game are:

- 1 conifer in a pot, provided by Florex

One participant will be drawn at random on December 14, 2020 at 2:00 pm.

5.2. The WINNER will be notified by private message on Instagram. If the WINNER does not respond within 3 days (or respectively refuses to receive the prize), he/she forfeits his/her rights to receive the prize and the ORGANISER notifies the next RESERVE PARTICIPANT in the order of the draw.

5.3. In order to claim the prize, the WINNER must verify his/her identity by providing his/her ID card and fill in and sign a Prize Claim Form at the Information Desk, 1st floor, Sofia Ring Mall, within 7 days from the date of the draw.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

6.1. By participating in the Game, individuals agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the above general rules. The General Rules are publicly disclosed and available for the entire period and duration of the Promotion at: www.sofiaring.bg

6.2. The Organizer of the Game reserves the right to amend or change the General Terms and Conditions, with the changes coming into effect from the day of their publication on the above mentioned website. The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Game at any time. In the event of any disputes, the final decisions will be made by the Organiser.

7.OTHERS

7.1. It is not allowed to exchange a won prize with its cash equivalent or with another prize.

7.2. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant grants Sofia Ring Mall permission to reproduce, publish and distribute information related to the winners of the Promotion, including the use of photos and materials provided by them and to publish them in digital and print media.

7.3 Any disputes that may arise between the organizer of the promotion and participants in the promotion shall be resolved by negotiation or, in the extreme case where no agreement can be reached, by the intervention of the competent authorities.

8. PERSONAL DATA

8.1. Sofia South Ring Mall EAD and its employees shall, depending on their duties, have access to some or all of the information you have filled in when registering for the Game or given subsequently.

8.2. Sofia South Ring Mall EAD ensures the protection of the personal data provided in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act and related regulations. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, you agree that Sofia South Ring Mall EAD may process the personal data provided when participating in the Game and subsequently for the following purposes: technical management of the Game and its database; contacting you; measuring the effectiveness of our services; advertising campaigns, marketing and market research; sending promotional offers and materials and other similar information by post and/or SMS and/or email; direct marketing.

8.3. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, you agree that in connection with the processing of your personal data from the Game for the purposes stated, Sofia South Ring Mall EAD may also provide such data to third parties with whom Sofia South Ring Mall EAD cooperates, works or has other relations in connection with its activities.

8.4. On the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may object to the use of your personal data, their disclosure to third parties and their use on your behalf for the purposes stated, including requesting their deletion. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes by writing to Sofia South Ring Mall EAD at the contacts listed at the end of these Terms and Conditions. At the same locations you can contact us in case of unauthorized completion of your personal data by third parties, as well as for other possible problems.

8.5. You may opt-out of receiving direct Game-related information at any time by emailing: marketing@ssrm-bg.com

8.6. You have the right to request that your registration and participation in the Game be deleted, together with the personal data you have provided, by contacting the contacts listed below.
