1. ORGANIZERS OF THE "MIRACLE OF LOVE" GAME

The organizer of the game "THE MIRACLE OF LOVE" ("the Game") is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, EIK: 200114696, with its registered office and management address in the city of Sofia, 214 Okolovrasten Path Street, represented by Evelyn Vratsida, Executive Director, known as - below for brevity "ORGANIZER"

 

2. VENUE OF THE GAME "THE MIRACLE OF LOVE"

The raffle will be held on the territory of the Sofia Ring Mall shopping complex, located in Sofia. Sofia Ring Road 214.

                                               

3. CONTINUITY OF THE MIRACLE OF LOVE GAME

The game starts at 11:00 AM on February 11th, 2024 and ends at 8:00 PM on February 14th, 2024 or while the amount of gifts active in the time range lasts:

On February 11 - from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. or while supplies last

On February 12 - from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or while supplies last

On February 13 - from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or while supplies last

February 14 - 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM or while supplies last

 

4. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE MIRACLE OF LOVE GAME

The Game is open to participation by all individuals over the age of 18 who must comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Anyone wishing to participate in the game must:

1/ to visit Sofia Ring Mall with his partner

2/ to enter (he/she or his/her partner) in the Igloo of Love - a special corner set aside on level 1, the wooden stage in Sofia Ring Mall

3/ to catch one of the balloons flying in the Igloo of Love within 30 seconds.

4/ to burst the balloon to see his prize

 

5. FEATURES:

1/ A couple can only take part in the Game for its entire period from 11 to 14 February 2024 in the indicated time range

2/ To participate, he must visit Sofia Ring Mall together with his significant other during the Game period

3/ Participants in the Game must be at least 18 years of age

4/ Participants have up to 30 seconds to catch a balloon in the Igloo of Love after entering it

5/ Participation in the Game is not tied to a purchase

 

6. REWARDS

6.1. The Game Participant understands whether he is winning at the moment. The prize is written on a coupon that is located in the balloon that the participant caught in the Igloo of Love.

6.2. The WINNER receives their prize on the spot from the promotion team at the Game venue against the voucher, which remains with the promotion team

6.3 The prizes in the Game are:

7. CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE MIRACLE OF LOVE GAME

7.1. All visitors of Sofia Ring Mall over 18 years of age in the period from February 11 to 14, 2024, who have come to the venue with their spouses, in the time range: have the right to participate in the Game.

On February 11 – from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

On February 12 – from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

On February 13 – from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

On February 14 – from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

7.2. Employees of "Sofia South Ring Mall EAD" and their related commercial companies are not allowed to participate in the Game. The employees in the commercial establishments on the territory of Sofia Ring Mall are not allowed to participate in the Game.

 

8. ASSIGNMENT OF THE PRIZE. NON-USE OF THE PRIZE

8.1. The winners are not entitled to assign their prize to third parties or to claim its cash equivalent.

 

8.2. Unclaimed prizes remain in favor of the Organizers.

 

9. ПPUBLICITY

9.1. All participants in the Game grant the Organizers the right to use their personal data and publish their photos for the purpose of promoting the Game, as and where it sees fit.

 

10. DATA PROTECTION

10.1. Each participant has the right at any time to request the organizers to delete, correct or block his personal data by writing to: marketing@ssrm-bg.com

 

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

11.1. By participating in the "MIRACLE OF LOVE" Game, individuals agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the general rules described above. The general rules are publicly announced and available for the entire period and duration of the promotion at the Internet address:  www.sofiaring.bg

 

11.2. The organizers of the Game reserve the right to supplement or change the General Terms and Conditions, with the changes coming into effect from the day of their publication on the above-mentioned website. The organizers reserve the right to suspend the Game at any time. In case of disputes, the final decisions are made by the Organizers.

11.3. The organizer is not responsible for damages caused to the participants during or in connection with the conduct of the Game, or for errors and/or deficiencies in the conduct of the Game due to extraordinary circumstances.

11.4. The Organizer is not responsible for the quality of the Gifts, as well as for damages caused by their use.

11.5. The organizer is not responsible for non-fulfillment of the conditions and obligations under these Rules or for errors in conducting the Game due to force majeure within the meaning of Bulgarian law and impossibility of awarding the prize due to restrictions imposed by municipal and state authorities in connection with a pandemic situation in party, as well as those that are due to the actions or inactions of third parties, or did not arise through the Organizer's fault.

10.1. These Rules are available on the official website of Sofia Ring Mall www.sofiaring.bg for the period of the Game until the final settlement of all relations related to it.

10.2. These Rules constitute the complete rules governing the conduct of the Game and the participation of the participants in it. The rules of the current Bulgarian legislation will be applied to all matters not expressly settled therein.

10.3. All disputes between the Organizer and the participants, arising in connection with the Game, will be resolved in a spirit of goodwill through negotiations between them, and in the event that this proves impossible, they will be referred for resolution to the competent Bulgarian court in the city of Sofia.

10.4. These Rules enter into force on 11.02.2024 and are valid for the entire period of the Game and until the final settlement of all relations related to it
