1. ORGANIZER OF A PRIZE GAME

The organizer of the Game is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, EIK: 200114696, with its registered office and management address in the city of Sofia, 214 Okolovrasten Pat St., hereinafter referred to as the Organizer for brevity.

2. LOCATION

The game takes place on the official Instagram account of Sofia Ring Mall – @sofia_ring_mall

3. DURATION OF THE GAME

The game starts on October 6, 2023 and ends at 00:00 on November 6, 2023.

4. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

The Game is open to all individuals over the age of 18 who must comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Participation in the Game is not tied to a purchase. Anyone wishing to participate in the Game must upload a photo of their cute and adorable dog from the special Dogfluencer corner on level 0 in Sofia Ring Mall to their story by adding the hashtag #ringmalldogfluencer and tagging @sofia_ring_mall

Each Participant can participate an unlimited number of times for the entire period of the Game.

The Organizer's employees cannot participate in the Game.

5. REWARDS

5.1. The prizes in the game are:

First place

3-month partnership contract with Sofia Ring Mall and 1 x BGN 200 voucher for Zoo Center

 

Second place

A one-time “Pet Paradise” gift set including one month of JOSERA dog food of the owner's choice + a selection of TUNDRA dog treats.

 

Third place

SPA and Grooming experience, including bath, grooming session and stylish haircut.

 

The winners will be selected by our Instagram content creator Borislava Sekova on October 30, 2023. Borislava will be responsible for selecting the winners of the "Dogfluencer" campaign. She will review all entrants' content and select the most suitable based on criteria such as creativity, engagement and adherence to the campaign theme.

5.2. The winner is notified by publishing a story with the drawn winners on the official Instagram account of Sofia Ring Mall - @sofia_ring_mall. If the Winner does not respond within 3 days (or refuses to receive the prize, respectively), he loses his rights to receive the prize, and the Organizer notifies the next Reserve Participant in the order of the draw.

5.3. To receive the prize, the Winner must verify his identity by providing his ID card and fill in and sign the Prize Receipt Protocol at the Sofia Ring Mall at the Information desk (level 1) within 7 days from the date of its withdrawal.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

6.1. By participating in the Game, individuals agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the general rules described above. The general rules are publicly announced and available for the entire period and duration of the promotion on the official profile of Sofia Ring Mall on Instagram - @sofia_ring_mall.

6.2. The organizer of the Game reserves the right to supplement or change the General Terms and Conditions, and the changes come into effect from the day of their publication. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend the Game at any time. In case of disputes, the final decisions are made by the Organizer.

7. PERSONAL DATA

7.1. All personal data will be treated as confidential information, according to the current regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

7.2. By participating in this Game, Participants voluntarily provide their personal data (names, phone, email, age and/or others) and consent to these data being used (collected and administered) by the Organizer, as well as its subcontractors/partners only and solely for purposes related to this Game, namely:

• validating participation in the Game, determining winners and establishing contact with them for the purposes of providing the prizes won by them;
• organising and ensuring the smooth receipt of the prizes won and communicating in this regard.

7.3. Game participants provide their personal data voluntarily. Refusal to provide personal data leads to the impossibility of full participation in the Game and/or receiving a won prize.

7.4. The Organizer will store the personal data of the Participants until the end of the Game and settlement of all relations related to it.

7.5. Participants have the following rights regarding their personal data:

7.5.1. the right to confirm whether the Organizer is processing their personal data and, if so, to obtain access to them and to certain information regarding this processing, as well as a copy of the personal data that is being processed;

7.5.2. right to correct personal data if they are inaccurate;

7.5.3. right to deletion of personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten") - when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if e.g. have been processed unlawfully;

7.5.4. right to limit processing - when a Participant disputes the accuracy of his personal data, for a period that allows the Organizer to verify his complaint, as well as in other cases provided for by the current legislation;

7.5.5. right to portability – to receive their personal data, which they have provided to the Organizer and which are processed in an automated manner, in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format, and to transfer this data to another administrator without hindrance from the Organizer, or to ask the Organizer to transfer the personal data to another administrator when the transfer is technically feasible;

7.5.6. right to withdraw consent to processing – Participants have the right at any time to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent. However, if a Participant withdraws his consent to processing, this will not allow him to participate in the Game and/or receive any prize he has won.
