1. ORGANIZER - The Game is organized and conducted by Pro Kids Ltd, UIC 201044702 and Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC 200114696 (hereinafter referred to as "Organizers").

2. CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

• The game "Find Your Favorite Super Toons Character" (the "Game" for short) takes place on the territory of Sofia Ring Mall, ul. 214 Okolovrasten road.
• The game starts on June 1, 2022 at 16:00 and continues until 18:00 on the same day.
• The game is conducted as a mission in which the participants have to find iconic characters from the air of children's television Super Toons (Masha and Winnie and the Smurfs) and collect from them 4 (four) different stamps, which, placed side by side in the place for stamps marked on the coupon for participation in the game, form the logo of children's television Super Toons. The on-air characters of the TV show walk freely on the territory of Sofia Ring Mall and provide the participation slip, stamp and information as needed. After collecting all four stamps, participants write their first name (first and last), the full name of their parent/guardian with whom they are attending the event, the participant's age, and the parent/guardian's contact phone number on the designated space on the slip, then drop the slip into a designated prize drawing box.
• The Game is open to all children up to the age of 14 for the purpose of winning a prize. All other persons agree that even if they have fulfilled the terms of the Game, they should not be entered into the prize draw.
• Participation in the Game is voluntary and is not related to the purchase of any goods/services offered by the Organizers and/or their partners.
• The prize draw will take place at 18:00 and will be announced publicly at Sofia Ring Mall.
• Six (6) children will win the Grand Prize in the Game. Each prize winner is entitled to only one balloon flight and must be accompanied by an adult parent/guardian during the flight. Otherwise, the Organisers will refuse the prize without any right of exchange and/or claim by the winning entrants and their legal representatives.
• The prizes provided by the Promoters and their partners cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent or other similar products.
• Employees of the Promoters and members of their families (both lineal and collateral) are not eligible to participate in the Game.
• Completion of this entry form is deemed to be voluntary acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Game.

3. DECLARATION OF PARENTAL/GUARDIAN CONSENT

By completing the details on this entry form, the legal representative (parent/guardian) of the participant:

• agrees to all the terms and conditions of the "Find Your Favourite Super Toons Character" Game;
• volunteers their child to participate in the Game and consents to their name being released for the purpose of receiving prizes from the event;
• declares that he/she is informed and gives his/her consent for the photo and video filming of the child represented by him/her during the event, as well as for the subsequent publication of photos in printed and digital publications and broadcasting of videos on children's television Super Toons and on social networks as reports from the event;
• declares that he/she is informed and agrees that all photo and video materials will be used for future promotion and advertising of the Organizers' activities.

4. PROTECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA - Information on the processing, protection and storage of personal data by the Organizers

• "Pro Kids Ltd. processes and stores personal data of individuals - participants in the "Find Your Favorite Super Toons Hero" Game in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable European and national legal provisions on personal data protection.
• The collection and processing of participants' personal data by the Organisers is for the purpose of providing prizes from the Game and for marketing purposes.
• The organizers process only the following personal data of the winning participants - name and surname of the child; his/her age; first name, surname, last name and contact telephone number of the parent/guardian, based on the voluntary consent given by filling in the participation form.
• The personal data of the participants of the Game and their parents/guardians required to participate in the "Find Your Favorite Super Toons Character" Game will be processed within 6 months, after which it will be archived and digitized for a period of 2 years. During this period the data may be used for marketing purposes.
• The personal data of the participants may be disclosed to the executive and judicial authorities if legally justified and explicitly requested by them. In all other cases, the information will not be disclosed or made available to third parties.
