1. ORGANIZERS OF THE "BIG DEMAND" RAFFLE

The organizer of the raffle "THE BIG SEARCH" (the "Raffle") is Sofia South Ring Mall EAD, UIC: 200114696, with registered office and registered address in Sofia, Bulgaria. "Sofia Ring Road Hotel", Sofia, ul. 214 Okolovrasten Road, represented by Evelyn Vratsida, Executive Director, hereinafter referred to as the "ORGANIZER"

 

2. VENUE OF THE RAFFLE "THE BIG DEMAND"

The raffle will be held on the territory of the Sofia Ring Mall shopping complex, located in Sofia. Sofia Ring Road 214.

                                               

3. DURATION OF THE LOTTERY "THE BIG DEMAND"

The sweepstakes starts at 12:00 p.m. on April 14, 2023 and ends at 6:30 p.m. on April 15, 2023, active time slot:

On April 14 - from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 15:30 to 18:30.

On April 15 - from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 15:30 to 18:30.

 

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE LOTTERY "THE BIG DEMAND"

The Sweepstakes is open to all individuals who must comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Anyone wishing to participate in the promotion must:

1/ take a participation coupon from the specially designated corners in the mall

2/ to go around, collect and stick in your coupon all 4 stickers in the shape of an egg (blue, red, green and orange) one sticker from each of the 4 separate corners in the mall

3/ fill in the entry slip with their name, email and contact phone number and drop it in the designated drop box located at the last corner; for a completed entry slip, the participant will receive a chocolate egg from Pick 'N Mix at the time while supplies last;

4/ Each participant gives his/her explicit consent to the collection and processing of his/her personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of the game and for direct marketing purposes;

5. FEATURES:

1/ An Entrant may enter no more than once per day. In order to participate, he/she must collect all 4 multicolored egg stickers in his/her coupon and fill in his/her details in the same coupon;

2/ Minors under the age of 14 are only eligible to enter the Sweepstakes with a parent/guardian;

3/ An entrant may enter the Sweepstakes more than once, but not more than once per day, i.e. a maximum of 2 times during the entire Sweepstakes Period, from April 14 to April 15, 2023 during the time range specified above;

4/ Only a coupon containing the following information is considered a valid entry: two names, email, contact phone number and consent to the collection and processing of his/her personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of the game and direct marketing;

5/ Slips that do not contain this information will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

6. LOTTERY AND PRIZE

6.1. The raffle will be drawn on 18th April 2023by drawing the name of one entrant for each prize who is deemed to have WON the prize in question and one additional entrant for each prize who is deemed to be a reserve in the event that the first winning entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these rules.

6.2. The WINNER shall be notified by telephone and/or email address entered. If the WINNER does not reply within 3 days (or respectively refuses to receive the prize), he/she shall forfeit his/her rights to receive the prize and the ORGANISERS shall notify the next RESERVE PARTICIPANT in the order of his/her withdrawal according to Article 6.1.

6.3 The prizes in the Raffle are:

- 1 pc. Voucher for shopping from COOL CLUB store worth 100 BGN.

- 3 shopping vouchers from NEXT store worth 50 BGN each.

- 1 voucher for a FUNtastic birthday party in the Fun Ring Park for 10 children with 10 parents.

* Can be used for a period of 1 calendar year depending on the commitment of the childcare centre at the time of booking.

* Suitable for children up to 10 years of age

* Includes : Themed decorated area; 2 hours of play on rides (maze / trampolines / roller coaster or bumper cars); animator (CHILDREN UNDER 3 MUST BE WITH A SUPPORT PARTY AT ALL TIMES); children's menu - water / juice / pizza ; pre-menu for adults ( platter sausages and cheeses x 1 pc; mixed nuts x 100g; tortilla roll x 15pcs ; mini patties x 10pcs)

* Any additional orders can be made after booking a date and time.

- 4 double vouchers for a total value of 80 BGN for the new Multiverse World corner in Fun Ring Park

- 2 vouchers for Sofia Karting Ring worth 100 BGN each.

6.4. In order to claim the prize, the WINNER must present his/her ID card or, respectively, the ID card of the parent/guardian if the person is a minor, fill in and sign a Prize Claim Form at the Information Desk on Level 1 of Sofia Ring Mall within 7 days from the date of the draw.

6.5. The right of the WINNER to receive the prize is inalienable and non-transferable.

6.6. The WINNER is obliged to enter the prize received in his/her income tax return for 2023.

7. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE "BIG DEMAND" LOTTERY

7.1. All visitors of Sofia Ring Mall in the period from 14th to 15th April 2023., in the time range:

On April 14 - from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 15:30 to 18:30.

On April 15 - from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 15:30 to 18:30.

7.2. Employees of Sofia South Ring Mall EAD and their related companies are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Employees of Sofia South Ring Mall retail outlets are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

8. ASSIGNMENT OF THE PRIZE. NON-USE OF THE PRIZE

8.1. The winners are not entitled to assign their prize to third parties or to claim its cash equivalent.

8.2. In the event that the Winner of the Raffle is not present at the draw, the Organisers are obliged to contact the Winner by telephone call no later than 48 hours after the draw. The Organisers will not be liable if the winner fails to respond to 3 consecutive telephone calls in 3 consecutive days.

The Organisers are not responsible if the winner is prevented for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers from receiving and/or using the prize won.

8.3. The right to receive the prize passes to the first reserve drawn in the draw. Reserves are subject to the same terms and conditions for receiving the prize.

8.4. Any prizes not won will remain the property of the Organisers.

 

9. ПPUBLICITY

9.1. All participants in the Sweepstakes grant the Promoters the right to use their personal data and to publish their photographs for the purpose of promoting the Sweepstakes as and where it sees fit.

 

10. DATA PROTECTION

10.1. Each participant has the right at any time to request the organizers to delete, correct or block his personal data by writing to: marketing@ssrm-bg.com

 

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

11.1. By participating in the BIG SEARCH Sweepstakes, individuals agree to abide by the terms and provisions of the above general rules. The General Rules are publicly disclosed and available for the entire period and duration of the Promotion at:  www.sofiaring.bg

11.2. The Raffle Organisers reserve the right to amend or change the Terms and Conditions, with the changes taking effect from the day they are published on the above website. The Promoters reserve the right to suspend the Raffle at any time. In the event of any disputes, the final decision will be made by the Organisers.

 

12. PERSONAL DATA

12.1. All personal data will be treated as confidential information, in accordance with the current legislation on data protection.

12.2. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants voluntarily provide their personal information (name, phone, email, age and/or other) and consent to such information being used (collected and administered) by (company name) , and its subcontractors/partners solely for the purposes related to this Sweepstakes, namely:

• validly participate in the Sweepstakes, identify winners and contact them for the purpose of providing their prizes;
• organising and ensuring the smooth receipt of the prizes won and communicating in this regard.

12.3. Participants in the Sweepstakes provide their personal data voluntarily. Refusal to provide personal data will result in the inability to fully participate in the Game and/or to receive a prize won.

12.4. The Organiser will keep the personal data of the Participants until the end of the Sweepstakes and the settlement of all relations related to it.

12.5 Participants have the following rights in relation to their personal data:

12.5.1. the right to confirm whether the Organiser is processing their personal data and, if so, to have access to it and to certain information about that processing, as well as a copy of the personal data that is being processed;

12.5.2. the right to rectification of personal data if inaccurate;

12.5.3. the right to erasure of personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten") - when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if, for example, they have been unlawfully processed;

12.5.4. the right to restrict processing - when a Participant disputes the accuracy of his/her personal data, for a period that allows the Organizer to verify his/her complaint, as well as in other cases provided for in the applicable legislation;

12.5.5. the right to portability - to receive their personal data, which they have provided to the Organiser and which are processed in an automated manner, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transfer these data to another controller without hindrance from the Organiser, or to request the Organiser to transfer the personal data to another controller where the transfer is technically feasible;

12.5.6. right to withdraw consent to processing - Participants have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to withdrawal of consent. However, if an Entrant withdraws their consent to processing, this will not allow them to enter the Sweepstakes and/or receive any prize they have won.
